Everything was great. Only thing I wish was different was that the A/C was located in the bedroom instead of the main living space, or that there was an additional unit, however small it might be, in the bedroom. It was definitely cooler than here in TX, but still not quite as cool as we'd like when sleeping. Otherwise, great place.

The condo was very clean and tidy. The host was very informative and described the property well. There is a designated parking spot for the unit, and there are extra unmarked spaces for visitors. We did not use the pool, game room, etc. The unit is very nicely decorated and comfortable, but it is very old. They had a Brita filter pitcher for water for drinking and coffee which was very nice to have (the water there is very hard). During the day, we opened the blinds that covered the sliding door to allow light into the living room (it has only lamps in the living room). The bath and kitchen have been updated, and the kitchen was well furnished. It was warm outside and we needed to use the air conditioning. In order to keep the bedroom and bathroom comfortable (which are on the opposite side of the unit from the air conditioner), we had to keep a fan plugged in in the doorway of the bedroom. We tried to use the exhaust fan in the bathroom to pull air in, but it was completely blocked with dust that had to be scraped off for it to be effective. The cost was a bit high, but I think it is because of the location.

Property was pretty much as listed. Property it’s located at is a disaster. Pine cliff needs to invest in its property. Maybe paving the parking lot would help. And paint wouldn’t hurt. The condo was fine. But shows its age. Overpriced for what you get. Appliances were old. On the positive side. Very clean. Communication was great. Sorry I just couldn’t give this a 5.

Glad you liked our condo. We do like to have it very comfortable and clean. We have kept the old stove just because it has the rustic vibe some people come to appreciate in Ruidoso. We can't control the resort property around us, they have had to put some of the improvements on a slower time frame because of the fires and floods in Ruidoso. They do plan on painting the Resort and the parking lot in the future. thanks for your feedback

This place was absolutely perfect. Clean and a wonderful location. Tons of wildlife walking around right outside the condo and reserved parking also. Wonderful stay!! We will be back.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient!

Our host was extremely accommodating in helping us with a last minute reservation request, and the condo was.nicely furnished and very clean. Our son enjoyed the pool, and the resort laundry facilities were very helpful. About the same price as a nice hotel, but with a lovely kitchen and homey feeling. We would definitely stay again!

Small yet cozy

The check in process was extremely easy. Cleanliness was on point and it was super cozy! Quiet even though by HWY 70. The pool is clean and had a private feeling as well. Price was expected and we enjoyed every bit of our stay!

Relaxing

We really enjoyed the place. It is so pretty there and very quiet considering there were a lot of people. We would definitely stay there again. Only complaint we had is that the a/c doesn't cool enough. Will recommend it to others.

We live in Las Cruces NM. just a short drive from Ruidoso of about 110 miles. We love the mountains and the convenience of having a small place to go and enjoy the cool air in the summers and the skiing in the winter. We are avid skiers and love the dancing, hiking , horseback riding, and mountain biking.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Super area with so many activities to do in the winter, fall , spring , and summer. There is usually always something going on. This spacious one bedroom, one bath was just perfect for us. We remodeled it with new cabinets, flooring, counter tops, and fresh paint with nice rustic décor. Resort has the amenities of a indoor pool, hottub, outside grills and gazebo

Nice upstairs unit with one wall to the outside and at the end of the resort for a little more privacy. Next door is also an owner unit who is there most of the year. Nice little balcony that you can sit on and relax and watch the thunderstorms come thru the valley
