Charming 2-bedroom Spanish-style home with a pool in Lehigh Acres.
This pool home is located inside the nice and quiet Majestic community in Lehigh. (please note the Golf course is closed down at the moment)
The unit is the left side of a duplex with Spanish charm. The pool is solar heated. Parking is available inside the garage for 1 car and max 2 on the driveway.
The space
The home has 2 bedrooms, the master with a king bed and the guest room with 2 twin beds which can be put together as well.
There is tile throughout the home and hard wood floors in the bedrooms.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home. There are no shared spaces.
Other things to note
Absolutely no parties or get-togethers!
This is a deeded community. There are no commercial vehicles, trailers, boats, or RVs allowed. The limit of number of cars is 2.
Pets are allowed with approval and a pet fee of $10/day or $150 per month.
There is a very basic supply of toilet paper, kitchen towels, garbage bags, dish soap and laundry detergent.
Please bring more of these supplies for your stay.
If you need a baby crib or a high chair, please reach out.

In order to book this home, you will be required to fill out an application for the homeowner Association, here are the key points of the application:

- Length of Stay at Current Address

- Landlord's Name and Phone Number (if applicable)
- Employer's Name and Phone Number
2. Additional Occupants:
- Names, Relationships, and Dates of Birth of additional occupants over the age of 18
3. Personal References:
- Names, Addresses, and Phone Numbers of two personal references (preferably local)
4. Vehicle Information:
- Make, Model, Year, and Tag Number of vehicles owned by the applicant
5. Emergency Notification Information:
- Names, Relationships, and Contact Numbers of emergency contacts
6. Credit and Personal History:
- Questions regarding bankruptcy, eviction, current lawsuits, judgments, and criminal history
7. Applicant Authorization:
- Consent for the association and its property management company to obtain an investigative consumer credit report, including credit history, criminal record search, and registered sexual offender search
- Authorization for the release of information from previous or current landlords, employers, and bank representatives
- Acknowledgment of rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act
8. Applicant Confirmation and Agreement:
- Confirmation that the applicants received and reviewed the condominium documents, rules, and regulations
- Agreement that a breach of the documents or misstatement in the application constitutes a default under the lease
- Agreement regarding the presence of registered sexual predators/offenders or individuals with felony convictions in the unit
9. Owners' Acknowledgment and Consent:
