Ett rumstudio med allt du behöver.

Villa Los Corales är en ny 3 våningshus och ligger bara 5 min. promenad från Sayulita norra stranden och 10 min. promenad till stadens plaza. Våra studior är perfekta för par och singlar som tycker om att koppla av och uppleva Sayulita.

Utrymmet

Vår byggnad är en 3 nivå med 10 vackra studior. Det är helt säkert och gated för din säkerhet. Du kommer att få nyckeln till ingången, så du får friheten att komma in som du vill. Du kommer att kunna njuta av dina måltider eller koppla av och njuta av en fantastisk utsikt över Sayulita. Studio Perico ligger på 3: e våningen i vår byggnad. Det är ett av våra mest ekonomiska boende, men det är perfekt för par eller personer ändå!

Alla våra gäster har full tillgång till vår takterrass med pool, palapa och solterrass där vi har wifi-tillgång till våra gäster. Också en gratis parkeringsplats i vårt privata garage i källaren av byggnaden.

Vi, dina värdar, bor i samma byggnad och är alltid glada att interagera med våra gäster och hjälpa dem med planeringen i allt vi kan. Vi har kontakt med alla typer av turisttjänster för en fantastisk tid i Sayulita.

Perfect vacation

Property was as described, had a ceiling fan issue so moved to a new room, and pool was quite cold but refreshing after hot hikes around the area.

Great place.

The room was a little smaller than anticipated BUT it turned out to be wonderful. This place is super clean and the roof top balcony is amazing. Would like to return. Be ready to walk some hills and steps...but it will keep you in shape.

Great and Gorgeous

Be ready to walk the hills. Very convenient location, yet situated on a steep hill. Yes there’s roosters and back round noise but there is in the whole town. Very clean and spacious rooms.

Good location and clean property.

We arrived early and David was kind enough to let us store our luggage in his office, which was super appreciated (totally our mistake for not reading that check-in was at 3pm)! It was awesome to have a large jug of filtered water in the unit! Rootop + pool had super views of Sayulita. A bit of a trek up the hill from town, but not terrible. We read other reviews about the bed being uncomfortable (it really was) and the noise (roosters, dogs) and those two things were the impetus for leaving one night early. We definitely do not blame the property/property manager for the external noises! Honestly if we were younger, I don't think these things would have phased us one bit!

We loved our stay! We were there for 7 nights and enjoyed all Sayulita had to offer. Yes, the roosters and the bustle of Sayulita begins early, but it got us up in the morning to seize the day. The location is awesome, we loved being able to walk everywhere but also enjoyed staying up on the hill away from the main town square. The hill to the property is quite steep, but we didn't mind, as it helped us burn calories from all the fabulous food and drinks we enjoyed. (It appeared there are many spots to rent golf carts, if that is your thing.) As stated in many reviews, YES, the rooftop is a wonderful spot to take in the view at morning, noon, or night... a very pleasant place with chairs, couches and hammocks to enjoy the gorgeous view of the ocean, mountains, and the city at any time of day! The staff was friendly and the host was communicative right away, making sure we got there successfully and had everything we needed. Sayulita generally felt like a safe place to hang, but it did feel good to have a secure property, with the door codes to enter and motion lights on the stairways. I highly recommend this place for a stay, we would love to come and stay again!! Thank you!!

More of a Hotel

My partner and I had booked this property under the assumption that it was more of an apartment style accommodation. However it operates more like a hotel. It is important to note that you are not allowed to have guests for dinner or to enjoy the pool. This is something we did not expect when we booked what we assumed was an apartment not a hotel room. It was disappointing as the rooftop area is absolutely stunning with the infinity pool and ocean view. My partner and I were often the only people there, which made it a great place to work remotely. Although we had hoped for a more social accommodation. The room itself was not very clean. We found a blood stain on the comforter when arriving and had to ask for that to be changed. The beds are very short. We are not tall people, and our feet hung over the end of the bed. The beds are right next to the door which can be noisy when people return in the late hours. We did experience a few issues with the building manager, both at check in and through the stay. He was very responsive over text but not very proactive in person and quite abrupt with us. The roosters were not a bother to us, although I was concerned about that. The location was excellent. There is a hill leading up to apartment but we enjoyed the exercise after hanging out at the beach.

Great views and close to everything

The room was perfect for the 2 of us. The rooftop pool/deck area gave us a great place to relax and the hotel was a very short walk from everything Sayulita has to offer.

Awesome rooftop

The communication with property manager was quick and efficient. Place is very clean, rooftop with infinity pool is awesome and relaxing. Would come back for sure !

Amazing view, clean, decent wifi, away from main town noise!

My stay was perfect, everything I needed for the week. Close enough to the town and beach but far enough that it's not super noisy at night. A/C and wifi worked well. Bed was comfy. Room and amenities were clean and well-kept. Would stay here again!

Gracious Hosts

Our stay at Villa Los Corales was so nice. Our hosts made the stay very welcoming and were super helpful in many ways. They provided a contact for us to get a ride to and from the hotel to the airport, called us a taxi when we needed it, and helped us find a concierge doctor who came to our room when we got food poisoning! The rooftop pool was our favorite, beautiful view overlooking town and the ocean. It was a fairly quiet neighborhood except for the roosters that crowed all night (they’re everywhere though, and we liked them). Very convenient location and walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. The only complaint we had was that the bed was really, really hard. Everything else was perfect, clean property, basic essentials for cooking and cleaning, and maid service. We would go back for sure!

Jeanette and I (David) in our late 50's are native of Germany and Mexico and have been married for 31 years.
We came to Sayulita some 25 years ago for our first visit when it was just a small fisherman town. We loved it and were always joking about one day living here; but, living in a big city in the center of Mexico, we never thought that it would one day become reality. Thank goodness we are here to help you enjoy the town we love.

We love to meet new people and make them feel at home. Helping our guests find the best way to enjoy a great vacation in Sayulita, offering them information about what we know about Sayulita and the region, and sharing experiences are some of the things we enjoy the most. Since we live on site managing the place, we are almost always available to be of assistance.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We are located on the firts hill of the north side of town and that give us great advantage. Near to all and far enogh to enjoy a quiet night of sleep. Even though we must walk up the hill, that provides great ininterupted views from out rooftop of the ocean, the town and the mountains.

Our Studios are all made taking care that our guests will have all is needed for their stay and enjoy their time to the max. we have thought of the couples and single people that want a place that is better than just a hotelnroom and want to feel at home. Making some meals taking it eazy or just plain resting time is just what we thought when we opened Villa los Corales.
