Enjoy our immaculate 3 BR suite on S Highland Ave, right in the heart of Shadyside. This is a brand new construction building in 2025 with a modern design, ultra-comfortable beds, and two private decks. This apartment is just steps away from several local shops, cafes, and dining options in one of Pittsburgh’s most vibrant neighborhoods.

Please Note: This unit is located on the top floor of a classic walk-up building and you must walk up 4 flights of stairs (7-8 half flights- approximately 56 stairs total). There is no elevator, so it may not be ideal for guests with mobility concerns, elderly travelers, or families with young children and strollers. That said, it offers a peaceful top-floor retreat with great light and privacy - and most guests say the walk up is absolutely worth it.

If accessibility is a concern, we do have several beautiful units available on lower floors in the same building - feel free to reach out and we’d be happy to help you find the perfect fit.

This spacious getaway blends contemporary comfort with prime convenience, offering seamless access to everything Pittsburgh has to offer. Stroll just 0.4 miles (7 minutes) to Shadyside’s bustling shops and cafes, or take a short 5-minute drive to Carnegie Mellon University, just 1.5 miles away. Downtown Pittsburgh’s exciting attractions are a quick 14-minute drive from your doorstep.

Master Bedroom: Once you enter from the back door, you’ll be welcomed by the master bedroom, featuring an elegant design and spacious layout. It offers a luxurious king-sized bed for ultimate comfort, large closets for ample storage, and a 50-inch mounted TV for entertainment. There’s also a dedicated workspace and access to a private deck that is fully furnished for relaxation. The deck is comfortably furnished with two lounge chairs for relaxing with a cool view from the top floor of the building.

First Bathroom: Next to the master bedroom is the first bathroom, showcasing an elegant design with a stylish bowl sink and vanity mirror. The spacious standing shower features a luxurious rainfall showerhead and is fully stocked with essential amenities for your convenience.

Along the hallway, you’ll find the in-unit washer and dryer, offering the convenience of fresh laundry at your fingertips during your stay.

Second Bedroom: The second bedroom strikes a balance of comfort and functionality. It features a cozy queen-sized bed with a memory foam mattress, a spacious closet, and a dresser to keep everything tidy. For added convenience, there`s also a dedicated workspace to help you stay productive.

Second Bathroom: The second bathroom, conveniently located next to the second bedroom, offers a sleek design and is fully stocked with all the essentials. It also includes a soothing tub, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a busy day.

Third Bedroom: The third bedroom offers a comfortable king-sized bed for a restful night’s sleep, along with a 43-inch mounted TV for entertainment. With plenty of storage in the closet and dresser, this room ensures both comfort and organization throughout your stay.

Kitchen: At the end of the hallway, you`ll find the kitchen, complete with brand new stainless steel appliances- fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. This fully equipped, modern space makes meal preparation simple and convenient during your stay.

Living Area/Dining Area: The open floor plan effortlessly blends the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a spacious and welcoming environment. The dining area, located next to the kitchen, comes fully equipped with all the essentials, from utensils to plates. Just beside it, a cozy sofa is positioned in front of a 55-inch mounted TV, offering the perfect spot for relaxation.

Front Deck: Step out onto the covered deck from the living area, which is fully furnished with a sofa + coffee table, which is a peaceful space to relax and enjoy the fresh air.

Things to note:

Parking: We have one free off-street parking space for this apartment on a nearby parking pad that is a .1 miles walk to the building. Guests are welcome to park on the street instead if they prefer, but we offer this off-street space free of charge for guests. We also offer street parking for additional vehicles as well at no charge.

Pets: Pets are welcome for a small fee of $20 per stay.

Washer/Dryer: Guests have access to a convenient in-unit washer and dryer, free of charge, making laundry a hassle-free part of your stay.

Stairs: Again, please note there is no elevator in the building and to access the unit requires walking up 4 flights of stairs (6 half flights of steps).

If accessibility is a concern, we do have several beautiful units available on lower floors in the same building - feel free to reach out and we’d be happy to help you find the perfect fit.
▪️QUIET HOURS: (10PM - 8AM) - Guests must be respectful of other tenants/ guests in the building during your stay. High noise levels will disturb other tenants in the building, so you must make sure to keep noise levels to a minimum between 10PM - 8AM. This includes TV volume, music, and voice levels. Please remember that this is their home! If a guest receives a noise complaint (Either from the host or another tenant directly), but disregards the complaint and continues to disturb other tenants, there will be a $200 fine per disturbance.
⭐️All I ask is that you are respectful to the other guests and tenants and there will be no issues or fines!

▪️NO PARTIES - The complex enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. This includes all Airbnb guests as well. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $1000.

▪️NO SMOKING - Under no circumstances are you allowed to smoke in this apartment, which includes the common area of the apartment complex. There will be a $500 fine if anyone smokes in the apartment or apartment complex during a reservation.

▪️NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS - All guests staying in the apartment must be added to the reservation during your stay. If an outside guest is staying in the apartment during your stay, they will be asked to leave. An outside guest is anyone who is not included on your reservation for your stay. There will be a fine of $25 per outside guest in the apartment or apartment complex during your stay.

▪️NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES - Guests are not allowed to conduct any illegal activities in the apartment or in the apartment complex during their stay. If a guest violates this, they will be asked to leave with no refund.

▪️If a reservation is made by someone who lives locally in Pittsburgh, you will be subject to additional screening after booking is made and the reservation may be cancelled if guests do not pass the screening process. This may include asking for copy of photo ID from guests to keep on file. This is to help prevent parties, unauthorized guests, and smoking from occurring in our properties.

▪️ We reserve the right to request a copy of government-issued photo ID from any guest at any time prior to check-in. This is a standard security measure to help verify reservations, prevent unauthorized guests or parties, and protect our properties. Failure to provide ID when requested may result in cancellation.

▪️11AM CHECK-OUT - If a guest checks out late without permission, it can really mess up our cleaning schedules and impact future guests. Please reach out if you need a late check out and we`ll let you know if we can accommodate, we`ll always do our best if we`re able to.

▪️4PM CHECK-IN - If you need an earlier check in, feel free to ask! We`ll always do our best to accommodate, however, it`s subject to our cleaning schedules for the day and we can`t guarantee it.
