VÀlkommen till The Tarwater House! Denna mysiga lilla stuga byggdes 1946 av mina morförÀldrar och renoverades helt under 2013. Det har mÄnga karaktÀrer och bekvÀmligheter för din bekvÀmlighet. Sovrummet har en king size-sÀng, andra sovrummet har en queen size-sÀng och det tredje sovrummet har tvÄ enkelsÀngar. Alla rum Àr utrustade med mindre TV och DVD-spelare. Vardagsrummet Àr utrustat med en smart HDTV och trÄdlöst internet tillhandahÄlls för din vistelse. Köket Àr fullt utrustat - rostfria vitvaror, alla rÀtter, köksredskap, crockpot, etc., finns. En utomhus kolgrill finns ocksÄ för din anvÀndning. Vi har ett stort fÀlt som du Àr vÀlkommen att anvÀnda för krocket, volleyboll, bönpÄse kasta, hÀstskor etc. Njut av dÀckmöblerna ocksÄ! Denna lilla stuga har allt du behöver och mer. Protokoll frÄn attraktioner och The Great Smoky Mountains.

Absolutely fantastic property. The house was a wonderful layout, great kitchen that was easy to use and had everything we needed for quick meals. The rooms were comfortable and exactly what we needed. The huge flat back yard was perfect for a game of soccer and wiffleball. Highly recommend the property for families.

We were planning to camp all week but were rained out. I sent a message to owner late in the evening to see if there was room to park our tiny camper. She responded immediately and we moved our stuff the next day. The location is great. The house was spotless and equipped like a home. You can feel that this place has been well loved. We will definitely stay here again.

This house is cozy and perfect! Great inventory for a comfortable stay and the location is super convenient. We enjoyed the large deck and yard for home time, ventured into the city for attractions, and even found our way through the mountain to splash in the river. Can’t beat the value on this Smoky Mountain cottage!

Hone away from home!

Everything about this host and property was wonderful!We found the cottage very cozy and the beds were soooooooo wonderful!!! We slept like babies! We found everything in the kitchen we needed to make a meal, and it was so nice to sit in the eating area and enjoy the place. It was perfectly close to all the stores, and the neighborhood was quiet. We will be back! Thank you again Leah!

Perfect vacation house

Property was exactly as described. Everything needed was provided. Kitchen very well stocked...an important detail for someone with multiple dietary restrictions due to illness and chemo. House and furnishings are extremely comfortable. LOVE the door lock--no key to keep up with, no wrestling with a realtors' box. Felt very safe and secure throughout the stay.

Quiet perfect location

Very nice clean house. Perfect location for any events. We were here for Ponies in the Smokies but it is close to all the entertainment without the noise at night.

Ringing in the New Year

We had such a pleasant experience staying at the cottage! The location couldn’t have been any better plus we were only minutes away from literally everything! We wanted somewhere that wasn’t high in the mountains or have to travel up steep hills during the stay and we got exactly what we wanted. Would definitely stay again. Loved the history/picture wall with the families generations and story binder!

What a gem

I had such an amazing time with my family here. The house and the property, plus the location was perfect. There was so much room for outside family activities and it's in a safe location. The house was decorated for us which was so thoughtful! I would stay here again and highly recommend! 10/10! Thanks for letting us stay!!

Cute Cottage Home

This is the 2nd time we have stayed with this host at this charming little cottage. We love the location. Close enough to everything and away from the hustle. Home has all that you need. Porch is wonderful. We are looking at dates again for next year. You will not regret this stay....price is wonderful.

Wonderful girls trip!

The property and house were wonderful!! It was super cute inside (pics don't do it justice) and had everything we could have needed. We kept ourselves so busy with all the tourist stuff so didn't get to enjoy all the house and property had to offer but if we did it again, we'd stay another day to do a fire and enjoy the deck and peacefulness! Would definitely recommend if you are staying in the area!

This cottage was built in 1946 by my Grandparents - Estle & Velma Tarwater. My grandmother's family lived in Elkmont & Tremont before The Great Smoky Mountain National Park was established. My mother and her sister grew up in this house. Although both have moved away from Sevierville they decided to keep the homeplace for the family - a home away from home. We hope you enjoy your stay!!

My brother, cousin and I spent two weeks every summer with our grandparents at this cute little cottage! We have wonderful memories here and hope you make memories for your family as well.

This cottage is nestled in a small, quiet area - away from most of the noise. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the peaceful mornings. We are located 7 miles from Pigeon Forge.
