Calm, Quiet Oasis in the city! 2BR 2Bath, Private Duplex in Clinton Hill
A rare place to stretch out in New York City! 1500 sq ft. lovely Duplex apartment with a private garden with a patio and private entrance on a quiet block. Great transportation into Manhattan by Bus, Subway and FERRY! The neighborhood is known for its brownstones, mansions, and proximity to Manhattan via the A, C, and G subway lines. Citibikes on the next block over.
Walking distance to Underwood Park, Fort Greene Park, Pratt University, Barclays Center, the Brooklyn Academy of Music and the Brooklyn Navy Yard with a NY Ferry stop just a short walk away. There are Restaurants Galore right around at the corner. Supermarkets and convenience store right on the corner and within a block or two. It's a Great Neighborhood! Very Family Friendly.
The Kitchen has a new dishwasher, Microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, Blender, New Fridge, and wine cooler, with a Dining area, The Living room has a flat screen TV with internet and a Roku box loaded with streaming services. The Laundry area has washer/dryer, ironing board and Iron on the 2nd floor near the bedrooms.
The Master bedroom has a Queen bed with wireless adjustable bed frame and massage. The second bedroom has an extra long twin and a Double bed. Both have very tall windows and blackout curtains with shades. The apartment is lovely and quiet at night and the Master bedroom facing the garden feels like you are in the woods.
The Garden! Lovely patio area with table and chairs, gas grill and space heater for those cool nights. Grassy area for kids and pets to play.

I am a native New Yorker having grown up on Long Island with lots of family in NYC. This was my family home starting in 2000 and my two children were born and raised here. I now live in Cape Cod and love coming back to my old neighborhood - the friendliest place I have ever lived.

Such a vibrant cool neighborhood! You will love the restaurants and local parks (Fort Greene park, Brooklyn Botanic Garden). Easy commute to Manhattan or stay local and enjoy Underwood Park, the Brooklyn Academy of Music, Pratt University, Dumbo, The Navy Yard, Prospect park and the Zoo, the Barclay Center. All within walking distance or short subway or bus rides.

It is Quiet! But near everything. It is spacious unlike many NYC apartments. The Garden! Great for families.
