Nice location

I didn’t fell safe in this home, had to rent a hotel and just come visit for the pool. There’s a car in the garage which management said it’s the owners where they can open garage at any time and door from garage to home can’t be locked, all doors open out, entrance door doesn’t have extra locks.Main concern is door from garage that can’t be lock from the inside and owner parked them vehicle.

The pool area is lovely. Even though the house is close to downtown,one feels secluded. The neighborhood is quiet despite being close to US 1. It is an older Florida home but we'll melt up. The Florida room (sitting room) is also lovely. We will rent here again.

Short stay

Overall, the property was very nice and very clean. We had a bit of a problem getting in. We were really unsure how to do the door and called property concierge and he never responded until the next day. That was the only real issue we had but we finally figured it out and got in so we were good.

Great getaway

This house was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and supplies which we used a couple times during our stay. Both bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We loved the outdoor area, and spent lots of time in the pool. We would absolutely come back to this vacation home.

The pool was the perfect weather we enjoyed it very much! Beds were comfortable! I was provided all the information needed to be able to enter the house! We arrived before the check in time and they allowed us to go in before the check in time which was amazing for us to rest after a 14+ hours of drive! They were quick to answer and super helpful and nice! Will definitely be booking with them again! Thank you!

Beautiful House with a Pool

This house was absolutely beautiful. The house was decently clean. The pool is very nice, but the area around the pool needs some cleaning up. Overall a great property for the price!

Wonderful time at this property

My wife and I booked this property and two friends joined us, we had a great time. Kitchen is amazing, pool is just right, and we had an iguana friend drop by frequently. There are 1 million positives, property was just as described and in a very safe neighborhood, my wife felt comfortable walking in each morning. Only negative, I would suggest more toiletry items provided as we had four rolls of toilet paper for 4 adults for a six night stay. We hope to be back!

Quiet place to rejuvenate

Perfect place to unwind at the end of each day as you battle the traffic, weather, and highway construction... Pool was very private and provided much needed R&R. Close to all shops and services and within 4.5 miles from the airport. Great deal for the price...

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Das Haus wirkt sehr in die Jahre gekommen und der Außenbereich wirkt nicht sehr gepflegt. Die Klimaanlage ist voll mit Schwarzschimmel und an der Wand lĂ€uft eine undefinierbare FlĂŒssigkeit herunter. WĂ€hrend des Aufenthaltes tauchten tĂ€glich mehrere Kakerlaken in der KĂŒche und im Wintergarten auf. Der Pool wird zwar 2x pro Woche oberflĂ€chlich gewartet, jedoch die FettrĂ€nder und Ablagerungen an der Poolwand werden anscheinend nie gereinigt, sodass sich Sonnencreme und Körperfett an der Poolwand sammeln. Der Service von ValGal ist eine Zumutung, am Tag der Anreise lies sich zu erst die HaustĂŒr nicht öffnen. Auf Anrufe beim Kundenservice wurde nicht reagiert und auch auf Nachrichten ĂŒber die Website gab es keine Reaktion. Auch das Problem mit den Kakerlaken wurde erst nach mehrmaligem Anrufen angenommen und mit der Aussage „ das ist Florida, dass ist hier ganz normal. Aber wenn es dich beruhigt schicken wir mal einen SchĂ€dlingsbekĂ€mpfer vorbei.“ abgetan. Die angeblich beauftragte SchĂ€dlingsbekĂ€mpfung erschien allerdings nie.Ich wĂŒrde diese Unterkunft, sowie UnterkĂŒnfte von ValGal nicht wieder buchen und auch definitiv, aufgrund meiner Erfahrung, nicht weiterempfehlen.
