Each bedroom features its own private ensuite bathroom, providing guests with added privacy and relaxation. Whether you're gathering with friends or enjoying family time, the open-concept floor plan creates a seamless flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas â perfect for entertaining or unwinding after a day by the water.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek stainless-steel appliances. A private elevator makes moving between floors effortless, ensuring accessibility for all guests. The home also includes a versatile bonus room furnished with a sleeper sofa, offering additional sleeping space or a cozy spot to relax with a book or movie.
Thoughtfully furnished with plenty of comfortable seating, the home is designed for groups to spread out and enjoy every moment together. WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
