Stugan vid granithuset 1880. Vår stuga är några minuters bilresa till den nyligen föryngrade Concord Downtown Main Street. Enkel åtkomst till I-93 och I-89 och State Route 101. Centralt beläget - på cirka en timmes bilresa kan du vara i Boston, NH / Maine Sea Coast, NH White Mountains, VT gränsen.

Stugan är ansluten till vår 1880 New England Farm hem. Mysigt, pittoreskt och mycket bekvämt utrymme är perfekt för avkopplande get-a-way eller som en välkommen frist från att göra affärer i staten Capitol.

Om du gillar skidåkning tar vi en timme från några av NH: s bästa skidområden. Vi är också inom en timmes bilresa från Boston, Maine / NH Seacoast och Vermont gränsen. Detta gör stugan till en utmärkt plats om du planerar att utforska allt som NH har att erbjuda.

Det finns två mysiga sovrum på andra våningen tillsammans med ett komplett badrum med badkar / dusch och full-size tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Cozy NH cottage

The property was a little off the beaten path and kind of difficult to find in the dark. The host Alex was quick to respond when contacted. Overall this was a very nice place to stay as it was quiet., clean and it had good amenities.

Concord Cottage

The cottage was cozy and bright. The amenities were first rate and the location was very nice. I would definitely recommend the property for a quiet and accessible stay.

Great Stay at Concord Cozy Cottage

This is our third stay at Alex's cozy cottage in Concord. My family likes the skiing at Pat's Peak, and the slopes are less than 30 minutes away. Plus, we get the convenience of restaurants in and around Concord. The house and amenities were great - as always. We'll be back again soon!

Peaceful, lovely cottage ❤️

This lovely cottage was the perfect getaway for our vacation in New England. It was comfortable and well equipped with little added extras that were so welcoming! A complete coffee and tea bar, little snacks, and robes to mention a few. Thanks Alex for your hospitality!

COZY COTTAGE!

We loved the property. Therr was a quiet area out back to sit. The decor was perfect. When I had a question, Alex took care of it immediately. FYI the air conditioners in the bedrooms did not get cold even when turned up to Max.

Very nice and comfortable cottage

We found the property centrally located to all the places we wanted to explore. The lawn was a bit overgrown, we understand it has been an unusually wet season, this brought out lots of mosquitos. The interior was very comfortable to come back to.

Weekend getaway

We were in town to visit family who recently moved to Concord. We were very happy with the Cottage and it’s proximity to town. The Cottage had everything you need and we appreciated the smart home technology. Would definitely recommend and would come back!

Cottage in the Country

This was a lovely stay. The cottage was ideal. All the conveniences of an updated rental while preserving the charm of old. Host was wonderful prepping for our stay. Comfortable 1 bdr - 1 queen w/a very small twin room. The twin room could be reconfigured to accommodate a full. Great proximity to town. Would definitely recommend. Wish we had more time to explore more of the area.

Quaint Comfort

The property is slightly hard to find so better signage in the front yard would be beneficial. If you select this spot, the turn is literally at the end of the railing of the bridge. Other than that, it was great! Close to downtown. Great food and coffee shops in town. The space is very fun! Quiet and cozy. Great artwork on the walls! We have family there. We will be back. Nice job Alex!! Cheers!!

Our Trip to Concord NH

We three sisters traveled to Concord NH to visit our elderly maternal aunt. Our stay at 340 N State St made this trip so easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen accommodations, the lovely layout, the location - everything about this VRBO made it easy to visit and relax and enjoy being away from home. Thank you!

Very cute cottage set back from the road was very quiet. Upstairs air conditioners were loud to sleep with so we used the fan that was available to circulate air but everything else was perfect, it was clean and convenient and we enjoyed our stay very much, thank you

Perfect for what we needed

Our family came to Concord for my grandson’s High school graduation. The location was perfect. The high school was 10 minutes down the road and my grandson’s home was just 15 minutes away. The cottage was very comfortable, with very comfortable beds. The double could have been a little more comfortable if it was a queen, though. The kitchen had every utensil you needed to make a quick breakfast. The coffee bar was very nice. If you have mobility issues the stairs to the bathroom are a bit of a challenge, but if you use caution, you should be ok. The cottage was a very nice cozy place for a quiet getaway! The owner was very good about communicating any issues we needed to be aware of & he responded very promptly to any questions we had. Thank you for your part in making our weekend a very nice one.

Very convenient

Perfect location. Fit 4 people comfortably. Everything you needed was there. Location was perfect, easy to get to restaurants, hiking, etc. Great communication with host.

Cute place to stay with easy access to the surrounding area

Pleasant accommodations that were very clean and comfortable. The only drawback for us was the bath being a half-flight of stairs down from the bedroom. We're at the age, 70+, of having to use the facilities in the middle of the night and navigating the stairs when your legs aren't limber was a little difficult. That being said just use caution if you're older. Otherwise, a very nice place to stay.

Columbus to Concord

The Cottage was lovely and very centrally located for our day trips into other New England states and other parts of New Hampshire. I will say the shower temperature was strangely inconsistent, going from hot to cold on a dime and back again. The water pressure, shelving and space in the shower were great, though. The double bed was a little stiff for my taste but to each his or her own. Overall, it was a great place and comes highly recommended.
