Vacation home on Whidden Bay with 3,918 SQFT, dock access to Peace River, 3 queen bedrooms, 3 baths, pull-out sofa, pool table, smart TVs, BBQ area, 2-car garage, and stocked kitchen with quartz counters and stainless steel appliances. Slate ceramic tile throughout the house. Near Punta Gorda and Englewood beaches, dining, and shopping. Ideal for fishing, boating, or relaxing staysâweekly, monthly, or longer.
Harbour Heights, has a boat ramp and a public park. That also offers picnic tables and grills as well as a playground for children. Tennis courts, restrooms and a dock.
This home has three bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms plus a two car garage that can be used as well. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, one room has twin beds and there is a pull out sofa sleeper in the living room. A pool table to use. Three beautiful bathrooms, tub or walk in shower. A laundry room with space to hang your laundry. And lots of storage space to use while you are here. There are two tables that seat six and one table that seats four so space is not a problem when enjoying gatherings. A dock out back on the river that goes out to the peace river. There also is a covered area with table and chairs and a BBQ grill.
