Villa Manatee är en vacker villa med 3 sovrum på en av de bästa platserna i SW Cape Coral. Ligger på ett rymligt hörnparti med underbar utsikt över kanalerna. Den stora lanai har en härlig pool och en rymlig matplats i taket. Det finns en dusch vid poolen också.

Villa Manatee byggdes 1995 och totalrenoverades 2010. Villan erbjuder totalt 1817 kvm, tre sovrum, två badrum, ett rymligt vardagsrum och matplats samt ett fullt utrustat kök.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, TV, rymlig garderob och direkt tillgång till poolområdet. Det stora badrummet har en rymlig dusch, ett separat badkar, hans och hennes handfat och en separat toalett. Det andra sovrummet har en dubbelsäng, TV och garderob. Det tredje sovrummet har två enkelsängar och garderobsutrymme. De två mindre sovrummen delar badrum.

I hjärtat av huset hittar du det rymliga och öppna vardagsrummet omgiven av den formella middagsområdet, köket och ett frukosthörn. Vardagsrummet har en större TV med DVD-spelare inklusive ett Surround-system och rymligt soffutrymme.

Köket är fullt utrustat med kylskåp i stor storlek, spis, ugn, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, ismaskin, allt du behöver för en perfekt semester. Utanför i lanai finns en gasgrill.

Villan erbjuder gratis WiFi om du vill använda din egen dator, surfplatta eller smarttelefon. Det finns en skrivare / kopiator / fax ansluten till WiFi-systemet för enkel åtkomst.

Villan har ett stort garage med tillräckligt med utrymme för att parkera två bilar. Det finns 2 cyklar tillgängliga såväl som 2 golfuppsättningar för våra gäster att använda.

Fantastiskt hus med toppenläge

Har firat jul och nyår och njutit av fantastiska dagar i detta fina, rymliga och fräscha hus. Verkligen bästa läget i hörnet av kanalsystemet med trevlig båttrafik. Lata dagar vid poolen och mysiga utflykter. Kan varmt rekommendera detta hus.

Perfect Home Away from Home!

The home was lovely. It was very clean and was stocked with everything you could ever need. The pool was always warm and the landscaping was beautiful. We had a wonderful relaxing time and can't wait to go back again.

Great location

My wife and I spent two weeks at this lovely house. Great location at the end of the canal for watching the boats going by. The pool is a saltwater pool, which was very enjoyable to use. The house is well-furnished, and the communication with the owner and property manager was excellent. Plenty of stores and restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive. We spent many enjoyable hours on the lanai relaxing and reading. We highly recommend Villa Manatee.

We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and didnt have a single worry the entire week. Absolutely beautiful property and excellent ammenities. Everything was provided. Poolwas just the icing on the cake.

Schöner Blick auf den Kanal,ruhige Lage und angenehme Nachbarschaft.Ausstattung etwas dürftig, für 6 Personen 2 Liegen , Handtücher schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen…. Grundsätzlich ein schönes Anwesen . Gute Betreuung durch den Verwalter Bodo !

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Manatee. Beautiful home that was well supplied with all we needed for the time we spent there. Good communication with the property manager and owner. Nice location - quiet area. We will be back!!

Bed bugs

When we arrived the house is picture perfect. It looked clean, what we thought was odd is most of the lights were on including the stereo, but very beautiful home. First morning waking up we have a few bites on our legs but we blamed them on (no see ums) we met that morning with the manager and we had the a/c turned off and we had the doors open and a very nice warm breeze was flowing through the house. Manager shows us all the light switches and we tell him we'd like the water fountain turned on in the pool which he does but states people complain the noise makes people want to pee.... Morning 2 wake up with even more bites on our legs, we call management and they said because we had the doors open we invited no see ums in the house and we also killed a cockroach. We informed them that we were getting bit on the couch and the bed. My wife and i went and bought chemicals, washed all the bedding and again day 3 we had more bits. We called and text management team and they never got back with us. We washed and sprayed chemicals 3 days in a row with no relief switched rooms our last night and we didn't get bit. We told them upon checking out that we killed a few cockroachs and different bug and they said that is normal in florida. We've been coming to Cape Coral for 10+ years and never had that. Sorry for long post. Just disappointed management didnt take things serious being such a beautiful home.

Beautiful Villamantee

The home was just as shown in the photos! The home had everything we needed from kitchen equipment to beach towels and pool floats. The pool was clean and outdoor area had plenty of seating including lounge chairs. The neighborhood is beautiful and in a great location. We will be back!

Villa Manatee is a great location and vacation home. We enjoyed watching boats go by on the canal. Check in was easy and property manager was friendly and informative. Would love to stay again sometime.

Zuhause in der Ferne

Mein Lieblingsplatz war der Poolbereich. Dort kann man genussvoll den ganzen Tag und die halbe Nacht verbringen. Der Lieblingsplatz meines Mannes war im Haus der Essbereich mit einem schönen Blick auf Pool und Kanal. Das Haus war sehr sauber, sehr gute Küchenausstattung, große Dusche, viele weiche Handtücher, großer Walk-In-Closet, neue Waschmaschine und Trockner. Alles in allem strahlt das Haus Gemütlichkeit und Wohlgefühl aus. Ich kann das Haus nur empfehlen!

We loved our stay at this villa. Communication was prompt and any minor issues rectified. The location was great, close to the marina, on the water, corner plot with lovely foliage. It was great having use of the fishing rods, which meant we could fish off the dock. The bed in the master bedroom was a little sunken in places which meant I slept in the middle of the bed to get comfortable. The kitchen is one of the best stocked kitchens of any villa we have stayed in, there was cooking oil, foil, washing up equipment, assumedly left by other guests which was refreshing as most products get removed and you have to buy them as soon as you arrive. There is no pool alarm for this property which we found strange as we believed it to be Florida Law to secure a private pool. We travelled with two young children and there was an easily opened exit door to the pool area which could be very easily opened by small children without us knowing it, as well as a sliding patio door, which also didn’t have an alarm to the pool area. So if you are travelling with children be aware of this. Apart from this, we would highly recommend this place and we really enjoyed our stay.
