BBQ Service: There is a $60 fee for using the BBQ. Please request this service at least 24 hours before your arrival. Only gas is permitted for the BBQ, and a fine of $400 will be charged for any charcoal damage.

Complimentary Supplies: We provide initial supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and soap. Guests will need to purchase additional items after these are used.

Towels: Bath towels, hand towels, and pool towels are provided in proportion to the number of guests

Kick back on the comfy couches, catch up on your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or enjoy a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor space is a true highlight, featuring a sleek BBQ grill and a dining area where you can savor meals under the stars.

Guests will have full access to the home, including the outdoor BBQ area and all living spaces. The property offers:

Parking: One designated parking spot right in front of the house, with additional parking available in the community lot (first-come, first-served).

Clubhouse Access: Enjoy the clubhouse restaurant at Magic Village for a convenient dining option.

Resort Amenities: For an additional $100 per day (plus tax), you can access the resort's pool and gym, payable directly at the resort. This fee is optional and only applies on the days you use the amenities.
