Great host

The accommodations were great and everything was as wind as they appeared in photos. The amenities at the resort were very convenient. My only complaint about the entire stay is not something the host had any control over. I’m not sure who makes the decisions but the chair/umbrella rental companies getting all of the prime beach real estate was a bit frustrating for our group. Overall an absolutely wonderful stay.

Great place to stay

The host communicated well with us leading up to our stay. The condo was as pictured. The building offers many fantastic amenities for families. We will likely stay here again.

Very happy with the property. Have stayed at Phoenix West before, but not this particular condo. Great condo (what a view) and attentive owners. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Property

Our stay was amazing and we loved the condo! Extremely clean and had all the amenities you could need for the week. Angela was very quick to respond to all messages. Location is great as well. The view from the 31st floor was beautiful. Looking forward to coming back next year :)

New years Getaway

Wow! This property is just how the pictures look. Everything is clean. The views are breathtaking and the property itself is so nice. This was my 9 month olds first trip to the beach and it is a trip we will never forget. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Outstanding Condo

We were a party of 4 adults and stayed 2 weeks in this beautiful condo. The unit was very clean and was exactly as advertised, it did not disappoint. The view was spectacular. The building had fun amenities for all ages. We all had a wonderful time and Angela was responsive each time we reached out to her.

Awesome condo & extremely nice owners!

This is a beautiful condo with all the amenities you will need. The owners are very helpful. They drove 350 miles one-way on the day we checked in to repair the dryer. The elevators were never a problem for us. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful!!!

This condo was perfect for our family! The ice machine was a huge bonus. I was a little nervous being on the 31st floor being so far from bottom level as i have 2 severe knee injuries and on crutches and in brace, but the elevators were usually very quick and not a lot of wait time. Beach staff was also very helpful in assisting when needed! Would recommend to others and would definitely stay again.

Spring Break 2024

Spring Break 2024 turned into a mini reunion as we were able to meet the newest member of the family (age 10 months). Our accommodations included a pack and play which was put to good use. 31st Floor offered premier views of sunrise, beach walkers, and helicopters flying lower than our line of sight. Our hosts were responsive to any questions or concerns and we will certainly return.

Fantastic property!

This condo was perfect for our spring break get away! Plenty of seating for everyone in the living room as well as the dining room. The decor was lovely and very livable! Kitchen was fully stocked with the exception of serving bowls. Plenty of cookwear, dishes, silverware and glassware, but no serving bowls or platters except for some plastic bowls. Beds were very comfortable and the unit was quiet. Would definitely love to spend more time at this tastefully decorated Phoenix West II condo!

Easily avoid the crowded beaches.

View the sunrise overlooking miles of beach from your oversized balcony. Then go inside and spread out with lots of space before heading down for the active beach with soft white sand, volleyball, chairs, and umbrellas. On the beach, empty areas are on either side of the condo allowing your family to spread out, away from people. If you have bad weather, don't worry your kids have space inside the building to play (open spaces, indoor pool, gym, video arcade). Hungry or need a refill, hit the snack bar. Convenient covered parking. Walmart and Publix are short drives, turn right both are on the left.

Great Property!

We had a great time this weekend. We were a group of 6 women and girls for a family girls trip. We had a little trouble with a toilet, but texted Angela and it was taken care of. The property is excellent! Clean, plenty of space, comfortable seating, nice kitchen area... truly, anything you could need is there! Angela was very responsive and super easy to communicate with! Highly recommend this property to stay at, especially if you have a lot of females and need an extra bathroom! The only thing that wasn't great was the master bedroom mattress was worn enough that one of us had to pull out the murphy bed in the den area so the other could sleep in the middle of the bed to be comfortable for both. We made it work and had a wonderful time! Thanks so much for providing a beautiful space to stay! We hope to be back again!

Very nice place!

We really enjoyed our vacation and staying in this unit. The owner was very available and responsive, especially when we were trying to clarify check-in time. The furniture was comfortable, and really facilitated our family interacting. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking and eating/drinking items. There is both a coffee pot and Keurig. There is a new bistro and bar at the facility. It’s pricey, but convenient and really good! The only occasional challenge was getting the elevator to come to the 31st floor. However, we were there on Memorial Day, and tried to go down about 10am. A combination of reasonable expectations and riding the elevator at non-peak times will help you navigate this. We would not be dissuaded by this…it is just a tip for future guests. We would be very happy to return to this unit when we need a 3 bedroom condo at Orange Beach!

I have so many memories of growing up on the Gulf Coast. From deep sea fishing to just hanging out on the beach with friends and family, those were the best of times. After graduating from a local high school, I moved to a big city where I met my Michigan native husband. We are so happy to be able to enjoy this area again with our children and extended family.
