Excellent and prompt communication with the host during our stay. Great location — walking distance to Main Street and short drive to BreckConnect Gondola. Lovely spot next to a creek.

My stay was comfortable and so relaxing! The sounds of the river were a plus, and the picnic table by the river was the perfect place to read and enjoy nature. This property is close to Main Street but feels far away from noise and crowds. Nicely furnished and very clean. I look forward to returning!

Great location, older property and good condition but does have some things that are not in perfect condition. Air-conditioned space would be great with the heat we are having thse days.

Stayed here for our annual Boys' Trip—easy location to walk to Main St. & the gondola, which is why we selected the property.

Unit is as expected for this price point in Breckenridge. Some obvious improvements (kitchen backsplash, appliances, etc) and some things that still need touch up (peeling paint on ceiling, some janky looking but safe power outlets). The main challenge is the noise from the paper thin walls (we heard a neighbor snoring all night long). If you are a heavy sleeper, this is not an issue. Management company was excellent - they quickly addressed a couple of concerns that we reported upon check-in.
