Uppdaterat viktorianskt hem i utmärkt läge i nordvästra Portland bara ett av våra Portland Vacation Homes. För större grupper finns condos bredvid och studio nedan. # 579714, 496637, 626450, 632825 och 701061. Detta hem har 3 sovrum (plus 4 sovplatser) och 2 badrum. I övervåningen finns ett rymligt sovrum svit, badrum med ny klo fot badkar plus kakel dusch, stor garderob, tvättmaskin / torktumlare och franska dörrar som leder ut mot en egen balkong. De viktigaste våningen har två sovrum, gourmet kök, vardagsrum med original ficka dörrar och bäddsoffa för att skapa en "fjärde" privat sovalkov, formella matsal och badrum med trägolv i hela huset. Överdimensionerade Köket har avancerade apparater, stora granit ö och franska dörrar som leder till en underbar däck med utemöbler. Huset har nyligen renoverats, inklusive en uppdaterad kök och vintage badrum, nya ugn, nya VVS - bekvämligheter av nya och charmen i den gamla! Det finns en uppfart och garage för parkering, men en bil är inte nödvändig i denna stadsdel!
Detta hem ligger i ett utmärkt läge bara 5 minuters promenad till populära NW 23 avenue nära Thurman med massor av butiker, hem designbutiker både lokala och välk��nda butiker, antikviteter, vandringsleder (bara några kvarter från Forest Park), parker, gallerier, fantastiska restauranger oavsett om happy hour eller fina middagar, europeiska bagerier, lokala mikro brygger och pubar, kaféer ... bara om allt för en trevlig besök i Portland. Det är mycket nära till gatan bilen för snabb åtkomst till Pearl District, Willamette River och Downtown är också inom gångavstånd om du är en bra walker! Huset ligger på en lugn återvändsgränd gata med massor av gatuparkering plus en bana i slutet av gatan för direkt tillgång till Thurman där kaféer, franska bagerier och butiker b��rjar. This is a great location with fabulous spaces to relax and enjoy. Our host Becky was the best accommodating a small emergency with simple hospitality. We would definitely rent again!

Victorian House

Really nice property in a good neighborhood and walkable to nearby businesses. The best part is having a parking spot available in the driveway which made coming and going super convenient. Becky, the property manager, was very easy to communicate with.

Great space for hanging out with family Great location coffee shop, brewery close by. Lots of room.Heads up if you have mobility issues: the stairs upstairs are uneven step lengths where the only accessible shower is and downstairs shower is difficult to access. The stairs up to the house itself are steep and long.

Comfortable Character

Walking in we were each impressed by the high ceilings, house layout, modern kitchen and comfortable feel. Perfect layout for three sisters on a weekend catchup. House was clean and well appointed and conveniently located. Thanks for a great stay!

Outstanding

Great place and great location. Everything you need is at the house. We were planning to cook Thanksgiving dinner and Becky made sure we had all the tools for the process. (roasting pan, cheese slicer, mash potato tool, thermometer to name a few. This was our third stay and Becky has always been accommodating. Look forward to visiting again. Bill and Betsy L

A gem in Portland!

This was an amazing house to stay in during my daughter's wedding! The house was extremely charming with plenty of space for three families to find areas to spread out and chill. The beds were super cozy and the neighborhood lovely. My cousin rented a place next door and we really enjoyed our morning walks to The Dragonfly for coffee. The house was a perfect distance from the wedding at Hoyt and receptoon at Great Notion. The host included so many extras like coffee and cream and popcorn! We will definitely keep this place on our radar for future trips!

Cozy house perfect location

Lovely home on quiet street

Close to all the shops and restaurants but tucked away on a quiet street. A large remodeled kitchen and very comfortable bedrooms. Definitely recommend for friends or families.

Great location!

This lovely older home is adjacent to several blocks of shops, restaurants, bars, and other services. We easily found our way to a nice eating spot our first night. It is also an easy spot to start from when traveling to Cannon Beach and the Columbia Gorge. We found everything in working order and enjoyed the neighborhood!

Quaint, magical property

We truly enjoyed staying in this lovely home. the beds were super comfortable, and it was perfect for our sister’s weekend. There are plenty of places to hang together and the kitchen and porch were lovely. We would highly recommend this wonderful home.

Weekend in Portland

Easy check in and clear communication with owner. Plenty of space. Parking spot is essential if you have a car. House can be warm when the temperature approaches 90 F even with window ACs. Great neighborhood for restaurants and entertainment.

Perfectly centrally located, with a wonderful homey atmosphere

This home is a well cared for retreat very close to some of Portland’s best coffee and restaurant culture. Very close to the Pearl District and downtown Portland. The house has a an old time charm and elegance, making it a super comfortable place in which to fully relax and unwind. If you are a cyclist (like us), this place is also very connected to Portland’s amazing cycling trails and routes. Becky is the perfect host, very available for help and advice, and responsive to our every need. We loved this place, and if we come back to Portland this will be our go-to home.

Highly desired rental

The house is in a great location with restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. There is creamer in fridge for your first coffee, if you come too late to pick up some food. We had groceries delivered, which was also easy. The house is on a road that dead ends, so it is not on a busy road. It has historic architecture, but does not feel old; it is very comfortable, and quiet. The renter was very communicative and accommodating when we made a mistake on when we were checking out.

Great house for family and super walkable

Perfect house in a quiet street that is a block away from coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Also only 4 blocks from a huge park with walking trails. Kitchen was stocked with everything. Will stay again.

Comfortable & tucked away

The house is large and comfortable. The parking in the driveway is so helpful. The dead-end street is quiet. The walk to 23rd & 21st is not short for an 85-year-old person, who was my traveling companion, so we ended up driving over to those areas to walk around. For strong walkers, this property is close enough to shops & restuarants.

Walkable to Uptown Shops and Coffee

We had a great time staying at the Victorian House in uptown Portland. It is everything the listing says and more. It has character, history, and comfort. We particularly enjoyed the creaking floors as we thought of all the people who have walked around the 100+ year old house. It is tucked in amongst apartments and condos but is a remarkably quiet neighborhood. It happened to be quite nice and warm when we were there so we spent time outside on the back deck. Quite lovely! Our New Yorker enjoyed getting coffee each morning from different coffee shops and they were all great. We walked to the Fillmore Trattoria for dinner one night and to St Honore and Besaw's for breakfast. We also just hung out and played games and streamed movies. We hope to return to this little gem in Uptown Portland.

Northwest Portland enjoys all the city offerings yet with charm and beauty. It is a perfect central location to get anywhere whether in the city, the coast or mountains!
