A brand-new condominium completed in June 2025. This modern one-bedroom unit on the 8th floor, featuring a front porch balcony, offers a bright and inviting space perfect for relaxation. Fully furnished with all-new furniture, appliances, and complete supplies, it provides everything you need for a comfortable and worry-free stay.
The location is exceptionally convenient. Robinsons Grocery Store is right next to the entrance lobby, while Boss Coffee, Rose Pharmacy, Spa del Sur, and Wash & Dri laundry services are just a few steps away on the ground floor. For added convenience, transportation is highly accessible, with jeepney stops located directly in front of the gate. Pure Gold grocery store, restaurants, bakeries, and other essentials are all within walking distance.
Staying here also lets you experience the best of Cebuâs local flavors and culture. Just steps away in Guadalupe, youâll find sweet mangoes and freshly baked bibingka, while Cebuâs world-famous lechon with hanging rice (puso) awaits nearby.
