Great place and location. Plenty of space in the two living areas. Had a couple of hiccups but they were addressed promptly and to our satisfaction. I would stay here again.

Perfect for a friends getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We bought two umbrellas and two beach chairs to add to the house. More beach supplies like a canopy would be nice.

It’s great to know the beach chairs, towels, games, and pool table added to the fun! We’re glad you enjoyed the patio as well—it’s one of our favorite spots to relax. We appreciate your note about the pool and will keep that in mind. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d absolutely love to have you back again anytime!

The house was beautifully appointed, updated, nicely furnished, had a well stocked kitchen and beach amenities (towels, chairs, wagon). Our only disappointment was that the pool was listed as heated when we booked, but was not functional at the time of our stay. Most of our party enjoyed the nearby beach, but others are not beach goers and were disappointed in the pool. The pool table was a highlight for the teenagers in our group!

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the home and appreciated the updated space, furnishings, and well-stocked kitchen and beach amenities—it’s great to know those details helped make your stay more comfortable. We truly appreciate you bringing the pool issue to our attention and understand how disappointing that must have been, especially for those in your group who were looking forward to it. We’re sorry for the inconvenience during your stay. It’s wonderful to hear that the nearby beach was still enjoyed and that the pool table was a big hit with the teenagers! Thank you again for staying with us and for your valuable feedback. We’d love the opportunity to host you again in the future!

Nice place in a good, quiet location. Had a couple issues that were dealt with promptly, which was appreciated. Then propane tank ran out after just a couple uses with no back-up and property manager went silent. Was left to find a place to buy a new tank with no reimbursement or even a response.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Our maintenance man said he adjusted the tank for you. We have no record of any phone calls or emails from you regarding a refill after that. We have an answering service for after hours calls and they have no record of a call from you. We would have been happy to have it refilled as we do for all of our properties with propane grills.

Vice nice property with nice attention to most all details.Consider modification of the listing regarding Heated pool. Did not work and would have taken more time than our stay to get it comfortable. Either confirm with guests plan to use the heated function and prepare in advance or eliminate it as a feature. One of the reasons we selected this property was that feature and disappointed it was not available.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review. You were actually our very first guest, and it means a lot to us that you enjoyed the property and noticed the attention to detail we’ve put into it. We truly appreciate the feedback about the heated pool. The owner is already replacing the pool heater, and the new unit should be installed before the next guest arrives. We understand how important that feature was in your decision to book, and we’re sorry it wasn’t available during your stay. Thank you again for staying with us and for helping us make the experience even better for future guests.
