House Rules:

-Must be 25 or older to rent.

-Children must be supervised at all times.

-Up to 16 total guests permitted.

-For safety and system integrity, pool equipment may not be adjusted by guests. A $500 fee applies if tampered with.

-Pets are not permitted.

-No Smoking Allowed.

-Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am.

-Please be considerate of our neighbors.

-Trash and recycling are picked up on Fridays. Trash Concierge will pull the cans out to the curb for pick up the night before and pull them back in after pickup.

-Pool can be heated during the cooler months of the year for an additional $100 per day (must request in advance).

*Pre-Check-In Requirements Include Guest ID Verification, Rental Agreement, and $1,000 Fully Refundable Security Deposit.

The entire 4,000 sq. ft. home, inside and out, is exclusively yours (other than a couple of locked closets and a movie theater room that is coming soon)!
