Denna lakefront Artist Studio Apartment ligger i ett vackert lugnt område bara några minuter från centrum av Orlando. Det är modernt, lite boho och visar konstnärernas arbete. Du kommer att sova bra i kudde-top queen size-säng och har gräsmatta stolar och utemöbler till ditt förfogande Det finns direkt tillgång till den täckta verandan, fjärilsträdgården, poolen och sjön direkt från lägenheten. Lagunpoolen sträcker sig över husets längd men används endast av våra airfy-gäster - så ja, det är i princip en privat pool! Du kan enkelt promenera till en mängd butiker och fantastiska restauranger. Alla typer av människor är välkomna här!

Lägenheten har höghastighetsinternet, en Nest-termostat, CO2-detektor och en privat självlåsande ingång. Essenser som högkvalitativa sängkläder, handdukar, badhanddukar, extra filtar och kuddar hårtork, ljud / vitt brusmaskin, strykjärn och rengöringsprodukter tillhandahålls. Köket har disk, glas, Keurig kaffebryggare, mikrovågsugn och brödrost och kokplatta. Observera att det inte finns någon ugn eller TV i lägenheten .... men vem behöver göra mycket matlagning eller titta på något som inte är online - lol ?!

Franska dörrar ger direkt tillgång till ett stort täckt verandaområde, naturlig pool med ett vattenfall och ut till sjöns naturliga skönhet. Uteplatsmöbler finns på den privata verandan och Adirondack-stolar vid sjön för din användning. Lake Silver har gott om vilda djur för naturälskare örnar, hökar, hägrar, uttrar är gott om.

College Park är ett etablerat område med stora träd och vänliga invånare. Utmärkt shopping och restauranger ligger inom gångavstånd. Mycket centralt beläget med enkel åtkomst till I-4, Florida Turnpike, Disney, Sea World och Universal. Många butiker, läckra restauranger, vinbarer och ökenplatser som du kan gå till. Stora motorvägar är praktiska och UBER finns här!

Great neighborhood, lake view and sweet apartment

Felt very comfortable and safe. Oversized shower so nice, kitchen had everything, comfy bed. Liked the artistic extras, Annabelle (kitty) and nice lake view.

Third Stay At My Happy Place

This is an adorable place, close to all that College Park has to offer, and also close to lots of other attractions in the vicinity. It's very comfortable, clean, and surprisingly private from the main house. Excellent cooling and heating system too!

Beautiful and peaceful

Hard to imagine a more beautiful garden and view in this wonderful area for the price. The room is comfortable and clean. Host is very responsive and friendly.

Quiet and relaxing

Overall, we love the artist studio. It was quiet and perfect for our plans. Might even go home and take the TV out of our bedroom. Great for couples wanting to focus on each other. Beautiful space, beautiful lake, and just enough of what you need . Close to everything, and in the center of the most charming parts of Orlando College Park and Winter Park .

A Perfect Piece of Paradise

I had such a marvelous time at the Artist's Studio! It was quiet and clean. The landscaping around the pretty pool was serene and beautiful with mature trees and flowers. I saw river otters in the lake, and many different types of birds. I liked the keyless entry so I never had to worry about misplacing a key. This will be my "go to" place the next time I am in Orlando.

Resting point became the destination!

Cannot say enough great things about this listing. Very private backyard with a wonderful view of lake silver. I loved watching the sunsets from the plentiful lounge furniture or floating in the pool. The 4 person table out on the patio was perfect for every meal, I couldn't stay away from that view! Indoors was spacious, found thehotplate under the sink only has one burner that functioned full time, but we were not affected. The first day the A/C tripped, we found a fan so we were not going to bother, but the host had already noticed the google nest status and sent a friend to fix it without us asking! great host, great property, will be back:)

Beautiful Room with Stunning Views

We had a fantastic stay at this home! The house was beautiful, very clean, and in a great location—within short distance to many amenities. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and waking up by the river with a cup of coffee was incredibly relaxing. The host was very responsive and quickly answered any questions we had, making our stay even more enjoyable. Truly a wonderful experience—highly recommend!

This is my "Happy Place"

This is a beautiful property and very comfortable. It's close to just about everything, and also convenient with a pool if you want to stay in. Our host was easy to contact and responded quickly to a request. Thank you, Joan; we will be back!

BEST AND KINDEST OWNERS!

Not only is this apartment adorable, clean, loaded with amenities and just absolutely perfect - the owners are unbelievable. Have you ever been stranded because of a hurricane? No? Well I hope you never are but if tragedy befalls you, I hope you are blessed with people like Joan that will make it ALL OK. Her retreat is perfect and she and her family are wonderful people.

Great Location

We loved the location and neighborhood of this property as well as the layout and amenities of the studio apartment. The patio and lakefront scenery was gorgeous. Only complaints are that the inside had fruit flies that were annoying and outside the pool was full of debris and didn’t seem well cleaned.

Peaceful

Our stay was easy and peaceful. Joan was great about responding quickly when we had questions or needed something. Natural pool was nice and view from back patio very peaceful! If you're a light sleeper you may want to choose the other room she has available. The downstairs is below the owners living area and easy to hear footsteps. (not a complaint, just FYI) We would stay here again.

Nice place but in need of some improvements

There was no phone contact information for when the nest alarm system went off at 8:45 am saying there was smoke on another floor. The motion activated light on the nest made us uncomfortable. It’s a beautiful neighborhood with restaurants within walking distance. There were no hand towels or dish towels and only 2 wash cloths.

Our place is centrally located, chic like a hotel, but comfy with the amenities of home...and where else can you get a private lakefront, butterfly garden and pool??

The apartment walks out to an open porch with a view of the lagoon pool and lake. Lawn chairs for the poolside, Adirondack chairs for the lakefront and benches in the butterfly garden afford every opportunity for relaxation!
