Detta lilla hus har alla bekvämligheter i ett hem hemifrån. Denna bekväma bungalow med 2 sovrum ligger mindre än 2 miles från mellanstaten I-465. Det är 1 mil söder om Historic Ft. Harrison State Park och The Fort golfbana. Tre minuter från ITT, IU Medical Center, Finance Center, LA Fitness, YMCA och Lawrence Soccer. Cirka 10 minuter bort Community North Hospital Campus. Det är mindre än 15 minuter till centrala Indianapolis. Det är 24 minuter till den internationella flygplatsen. Allt i huset är helt nytt! Hela interiören är helt ny. Du har ett komplett hem att använda. Internet och bas-TV. Skrivbord för arbete. Det finns en bubbelpool med gångavstånd på 100 fot för användning när som helst. Det finns två områden för gäster att röka bara ute. Vi gör en pågående landskapsrenovering och lägger till en eldstad i ryggen. Perfect for our needs!

My college age daughter and I stayed in this cute home for several days. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything I needed

We stopped for one night on a road trip. The house was nice and warm. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed coffee in the morning.

Easy, cozy stay!

This property was great to stay at! Communication was smooth and easy from check in to check out. The owners are easy to reach and provided some great recommendations. Quick 20-25 min ride to the airport and 15 min to the downtown area. Would stay here again!

Central to everything

Staying at this property was super convenient, as we had family business in town and needed to travel to different areas within Indianapolis. We appreciated having a home base versus staying at a chain hotel. Made the trip more enjoyable.

Holiday shopping trip

My college roommate and I go on a Christmas shopping trip every year. This year we picked to go to Indy. We had a fabulous time and really enjoyed the home that we stayed in. We actually weren’t in the house very much since we were out shopping but everything was great in the time that we were there.

Great little property for a quick stay

The house was great, all amenities listed were there, a/c was wonderful and Cathy was very welcoming and helpful. We were very thankful to have found this place at a great price so close to our event (GenCon).

Perfect for our stay

The house was very clean. Cathy was very helpful upon our arrival and her and Jim went above and beyond with the amenities, we were pleasantly surprised with that! This is perfect if you are wanting or needing to be close to the city but don’t want to be right in the city. The neighborhood is nice and fairly quiet. We would 100% stay here again.

Cozy stay

Great stay in Indy

We love to stay here to visit our grandchild (and her parents!) who live in the Lawrence area of Indianapolis. It’s great to be able to spread out in our own bungalow just down the street from our daughter. The property has everything we need, including a full kitchen to prepare meals. The bed in the main bedroom is comfortable; the ones in the other bedroom are a bit more firm (but those are fully adjustable as far as raising the head and feet, and using the massager).
