Unfortunately I canât recommend this property because there were issues that need addressing before it should be rented out again. Some of the issues were the main light didnât work in the spare bedroom I used, the bathroom I used had a faulty hot water nozzle and almost couldnât get it off, so I had to use the other bathroom that my friend was using the next day when taking my shower (was told it had issues), the kitchen sink faucet you could only use the spray setting because on the regular setting the water barley flowed, the pool wasnât cleaned of black leaves nor was hot tub turned on along with no manual on how to do stuff was left like email stated, switches didnât work, main bathroom door missing the knob and the toilet handle hanged so water kept running to name a few things. I know this wasnât a brand new home, but for almost 600 for 2 nights we expected it to be a lot nicer and things in working condition. I also let the property manager know that it needed some love and care with patchwork and paint. I added pictures of a few of the issues. The one good thing was that it was located not far from the beautiful downtown area.
