Villa Dominika is located in central Istria, near the small village of PahoviÄi, which is near Motovun. It is secluded, surrounded by an olive grove and forest. This attractive villa offers a wonderful view of Motovun and the mountain UÄka.
It covers 1000 m2 and is completely fenced and suitable for pets.
From every corner of the outdoor terrace there is an incredible view of the surrounding greenery and the olive grove, which is complemented by a feeling of peace and quiet, just what you need for a perfect vacation.
The surroundings of the house offer the possibility of walking, cycling along the famous Parenzana tourist trail, and picking mushrooms and asparagus.
With 2 king beds and 1 twin bed, this phenomenal property offers 4 bathrooms with a bathtub and shower. The living room includes a cozy sofa bed for extra comfort. AC, heating, iron, and a hairdryer are just a few of the nice amenities provided. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.
