This is the largest and best appointed residence on the top floor of the resort tower at the Ritz-Carlton Residences on Singer Island. 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath, 2 Terraces - 1 on the Atlantic Ocean side and 1 on the intracoastal. (total area 2,855 sq. Ft.).
Everything in this residence has been thoughtfully curated for luxurious living. The penthouse has voluminous 12 ft. ceilings with floor to ceiling windows. There is wide plank hardwood flooring and venetian plaster throughout. Reclaimed barrel oak ceilings and feature walls, original art and quality furnishings and fixtures from Restoration Hardware.
