Great place for a group, comfortable

The property was accommodating and very convenient for my family with young kids. Excellent check in process and we would stay here again. Listing was as described and comfortable for even big groups. Plenty of towels and amenities which some other rentals lack.

Great place for a large family

We enjoyed our stay in Lubbock for a family wedding 3-9-19. There was plenty of room for four families from 3 different cities to stay together. The beds were very comfortable and the house is in a great location!

Nice house for a large group

Our group’s second time staying here … the house is well-appointed and clean with spacious bedrooms. On the south side of Lubbock, it is close to all major city arteries making it easy to get around. Enjoyed our stay

Excellent location

Very clean, nicely decorated home with everything we needed for a quick trip. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra space for everyone to spread out. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe for traveling with kids. The location was perfect, easy access to shopping, restaurants and the university. Lots of fun things for the kids to do while at the house, including inside and outside games. Host was very helpful and responded quickly to all questions.

The only problem was we didn't get to spend more time. House was great was wedding and reception lasted until 1230 and wished we could have been there more.

Great house for family fun!!

We rented this house for a quick weekend get away to Lubbock for some rest & relaxation with our kids. It was perfect! We had everything we needed and the house was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the backyard, hot tub and patio. The kids loved climbing in the giant tree in the backyard. There is a beautiful park within walking distance we enjoyed as well. I would highly recommend this house for a larger group coming to Lubbock and needed a place to relax and gather. Great Texas hospitality!

Lubbock stay

This house was adequate for our family of 5 adults and 2 children. It is situated on a corner lot with noticeable traffic noise. Weeds in the backyard could have been maintained better for outdoor activity. There was plenty of room to socialize and the bedrooms were above average size.

This property was clean and the beds/bedrooms were as advertised. The check in process was good and they even had it ready for us a little bit early to accommodate a schedule change in our plans! This is an older property in an older part of town but it was great for the groomsmen for my sons wedding to stay in!

Perfect for our weekend trip!

Great house for group of teens

We stayed here when taking a group of middle school boys to football camp. It had plenty of beds for our group. Two bathrooms was a challenge but we made it work. The location was great and close to restaurants. Check in/out was easy.

Great Location, Great Home

Listed accurately. It was near a lot of restaurants, gas stations, and stores. The plan of the home was amazing, as it allowed the kids their own space. The hot tub was great for the adults relaxing after a long day in the sun. Overall a great home in a great location.

Really nice place to stay.

Overall the house was very well appointed. Hot tub not working, other than that we had a pleasant stay, close by Texas Tech, and plenty of places to eat near by.
