Other things to note
1. Check-in and check-out: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. In cases of late check-out, which was not scheduled in advance with us, the security deposit will not be refunded. 2. In the event of cancellation on the part of the Tenant, no refund of the advance payment will be given. 3. The tenants will keep the apartment in good condition. He will be responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence. 4. No pets and no smoking are allowed in the apartment. 5. In order to insure the execution of the agreement, the Tenant will present a valid foreign passport or a local ID and a cash deposit. 6. Inspection: At all reasonable times during the term of this Agreement, Nimrod Erez and/or her Representative may enter the apartment to inspect the Apartment, make all necessary repairs and show the apartment to potential future guests. Provided advance notice (24 hours) was given to the guest either in writing or by phone. 7. A copy of the credit card for the deposit will be given to Nimrod Erez and/or a representative on his behalf. Nimrod Erez shall have the right to apply this deposit to cover guest’s obligations including additional rent, repairs and similar expenses. This security deposit is refundable at check-out if there is no damage to the unit, and if it is left in a clean condition. In the event of missing items, damage to the property and the need for intensive cleaning, the guest will be charged. 8. Under no circumstances is the guest permitted to make any alterations or changes in the apartment of whatever kind. 9. Bills: All taxes, charges and expenses are included in the price. 10. assumes no liability for property lost or damaged (including items left behind), nor liability for accidents or injury on the premises. The guest is responsible for the apartment and for all other persons residing therein during the period of occupancy. 11. Guests and their companions may not use or bring into the apartment any illegal substances, firearms, or items hazardous to persons or property. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. 12. The apartment is located in a residential neighborhood. Guests undertake to refrain from making excessive noise at all hours. Signed on behalf of the parties. - Complaints and jurisdiction: It is hereby agreed that any complaint and/or claim by guests against the Nimi Group will be presented to the company in writing or by email immediately and in any case no later than 3 days from the date of leaving the apartment. In any case of dispute and/or claim and/or any dispute that one of the parties may have towards the other, the Tel Aviv court shall have unique local jurisdiction to hear the matter.
