We really enjoyed our stay & Ginny was so nice to work with. Very accommodating when we had a mandatory evacuation due to the hurricane. We would definitely recommend her and the condo.

I highly recommend this property to rent for your next vacation. The condo is exactly what we expected from the description on the website and the convenience of parking right outside your rental saves so much time when you check-in. We did experience some hiccups due to construction right outside the back of the condo that the owner was unaware of when we rented it but I can’t say enough about Ginny and how she handled the situation. She was super quick to answer my concerns and offered a solution that went up and beyond my expectations. The condo is super nice but the owner is what sold me for any future visits. We will be back to enjoy this property hopefully in the near future.

Great Summer Vacation Spot

This is a great destination spot for a summer beach vacation. Condo was on the ground floor, which made very easy access to all the pools and lazy river. The condo is in great condition and fit every need we had. We had six adults and four children and had plenty of room. The owners are great to work with and a pleasure to book with. You can’t beat the location of the room and the resort itself. Easy access in and out of the parking and close to a lot of great restaurants. Definitely a five star resort, room, and host family.

Waterscape C206

Our family’s been to Waterscape multiple times, C206 was as nice as they come. Great appliances, cozy couches and comfortable beds. It has one of the better stocked kitchens from other rentals we had. Ginny was great and was in constant communication rental week, she made the rental process very clear and easy. We had a great spring break and positive rental experience.

This condo was perfect for our family trip with our twin toddlers! The grassy area in front was great, the outside box was packed full of toys and beach gear! Property owner was easy to work with and very accommodating! Waterscare resort is absolutely perfect for small kids, we had the best time and it felt very safe!

Perfect place to stay with kids!

We loved our stay! We had 4 adults and 4 kids 4 and under and had tons of room. Being on the ground floor and right by the splash pool we’re game changers. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing Get-a-way

Wonderful trip for the whole family! We enjoyed the beautiful beach. The splash pad area was perfect for the little ones. The lazy river was a bit chilly due to the time of the year but still nice. The trip was just what we needed with snow back home!

The best location!

This is our 4th stay at the Waterscape and I cannot say enough about the location of this unit! The spacious floor plan, access to the room without needing an elevator, ease of loading and unloading from the car, and access to the upper pool deck from the sliders was amazing! It had everything we needed!

We enjoyed a great week in C206! Perfect location. Easy access to pool and beach and able to park car directly outside of door! Ginny is a fantastic property manager. She was very accessible!

Loved this place!

So convenient! Loved all the little details like plastic plates and bowls for kids. Great location and the parking deck being right by the condo was great! We came for a Christmas getaway and it was cold but the heated pool and hot tub were great! Lots of beach and pool toys available

Excellent Condo

It was late October when we visited. We came for the FL State HOG Rally with 2 other couples. Nice, clean condo. Met the security folks and they were great. Used only the jacuzzi on the last night of our stay. Beautiful facility. Will plan to stay here again next year.

absolutely perfect!

The property and amenities were wonderful! If you have children, wheelchairs or walkers it is very accessible. The pools, lazy river, and beach were awesome. Plenty of good places to eat and things to do. We loved the covered parking. The beds were very comfy, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The patio is secluded, but still has a nice view... private but still right near everything. The staff was always very pleasant whenever we would see them.

Enjoyed Waterscape!

The only issue we had was at check in the inspector did not approve the cleaning that had been done so we were unable to check in until 1.5 hours later. The property is as advertised. Good location for our family of 9 with 3 under 3 years old, it was nice being close to the toddler pool.

This condo is amazing and location was perfec

We love the condo! It was cute just the right amount of room. The location of the room was perfect for the kids to get out and toss a football or just run around. We had two rooms and 7 kids. Close to everything. The owners were very quick to response to any emails. They were very helpful. We will be scheduling another vacation next year. Same rooms. A lot of great memories were made there with our families
