We were so happy to have selected Don's property. He was in touch but not intrusive. The property was beyond our expectations. Comfortable areas and a great screened area overlooking the water. Well stocked kitchen, linens and everything to make your visit enjoyable. Highly recommend

Nice quiet and peaceful place. Host very quick on answering questions. Stayed 13 days in February of 2026. Would stay again, very nice place.

Absolutely wonderful cottage to relax and unwind close to nature. All sorts of amenities provided with the cottage and the host does a great job of making sure nothing is missed to make sure you have a good time. Would definitely book again.

This was just the getaway we needed. If you're eating in just bring your food - the kitchen is stocked with the more common spices. It's an easy drive to Inverness or the State Parks for outings. It was a great stay!

You will not find a more accommodating cottage. Don has great communication from start to finish. The back porch was our favorite part very peaceful. We will definitely be staying here a couple times a year. 10/10

A for essentials and cleanliness. Home was very comfortable and we enjoyed having coffee in the am. A few minor suggestions would be pillow protectors and a bath mat for outside the shower. The large bed is quite high and if you have any disability it could be difficult getting into. Neighborhood is quiet, quiet, quiet! We really appreciated the street light that illuiminated the driveway and the motion sensored lights. Ou hats off to Dan for our home away from home.

This is definitely the place to stay. The host is attentive and the house is fully stocked with everything you could need. The fishing was so much fun. The neighbors are so friendly and the neighborhood is quiet. Great VRBO rental 10/10

This was by far one of the best VRBO rentals we have stayed in. Have we stayed in nicer places, yes. But if you love Citrus County and the water. This place is amazing. ALSO - literally the best stocked VRBO we have ever been in. No one was unhappy! EVERYONE was impressed even our doggo, who is super picky.
