Stay Cozy is a charming upstairs apartment located above a garage. Please note: this unit is not handicap accessible and requires entering via a staircase.

Inside, you’ll find a full-sized kitchen (range, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes, and a crockpot). While there is no dishwasher, you’ll have everything you need to prepare meals at home.

For added convenience, there’s a washer/dryer combo located in the garage below the apartment.

The bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, dresser, closet storage, and ceiling fan. The living room has a sofa, a recliner, and a  SmartTV, perfect for relaxing after a day out.

We’re also conveniently close to the University of West Florida, hospital, airport, mall, and theater—making this the ideal spot for extended stays or weekend getaways.

Our goal is to make you feel right at home.

*NOTE - this property is a duplex. During your stay, tenants will be in the other half of the duplex. You will have access to the entire apartment.

Household essentials include a "starter pack" of laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. (typically enough for a 2-night stay)

EXTRAS:

Olive Oil, Salt/Pepper, and a few spices. Baking Sheets, knife set, and hand mixer.

POLICIES:
NOTICE: You give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

Additional guest verification is required for reservations booked within 7 days of arrival. You may receive a second email with a secure link to complete a second identity screening using a one-time passcode sent to your mobile device. — Please check your spam folder as well.

Lastly, you’ll be asked to send a clear photo of the credit or debit card used for booking, showing the cardholder’s name and last 4 digits only (please cover the rest of the numbers for your security).
