Detta är en rymlig 2/2 är 2000 sf One Story ranch stil hem med enorma inhägnad i trädgården. Detta är inte ett rum att hyra, denna lista är för ett fristående duplexhem. Smarta hem, nyckellösa entrédörrar och är utrustade med utmärkt säkerhetssystem.

Endast hundar är tillåtna och högst två. Inga hundar över 60 kilo. Hundar är inte tillåtna på möbler SÄRSKILT på sängar.

Hemmet är mycket rent och bekvämt med uppgraderat kök och apparater i rostfritt stål. Det finns en mycket stor privat inhägnad bakgård. Det är husdjur och äldre vänliga. Hemmet är inrett med enkel inredning. Det är fullt av praktiska prylar.

Omgivningen är mycket säker eftersom polisstationen ligger två kvarter bort. Detta kommer att vara vårt pensionär så vi litar på att om det är bra och säkert för oss är det ett utmärkt val för dig.

Det är sex kvarter promenad till restaurangerna Intracoastal, Two Georges och Banana Boat. Det är bara fyra kvarter promenad till restaurangen Hurricane Alley. Det bästa av allt är exakt en mil promenad till Ocean Front Park Beach. Du kan hitta längs vägen mot strandbåtuthyrning, dykning, charterfiske, bibliotek och mycket mer!

Very enjoyable stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this house last week. My family was very comfortable and the house had everything that we needed. The decor is all beach themed and is bright and cheerful! We look forward to staying there again in the future!

Great Yard for Dogs and People

Every effort was made to make this a comfortable stay. The property easily accommodated two couples with dogs and was centrally located in a great beach town.

Comfortable Stay

Love the clean & comfortable house; and it's proximity (walking distance) to some of the most popular restaurants in Boynton Beach. You can also walk to a public marina and jump an open fishing boat or walk/bike to beautiful Oceanfront Park Beach!

Fantastic property

This was the best VRBO property I have been to so far. The furniture and decorations were adorable and the house had all supplies that we needed. It was in a fantastic location as well. Eyra was extremely responsive and was a wonderful host. Will absolutely stay at this property again.

One Mile Straight Walk

Excellent. Adorable house, very spacious and comfortable. Well-appointed with everything we needed. Very good location for visiting points of interest north and south. Easy to get to and within short distance of terrific restaurants.

Great space for a longer stay!

We had a fantastic month long stay in Boynton Beach at this property. The large living space was perfect for 2 young professionals to work from home. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio, fire pit, and the pups loved the yard! Very walkable to the park and restaurants in Boyton Beach (Two Georges, East Ocean Cafe, etc.) Our only complaint is the landscapers coming at 7am on Sunday mornings - it would have been nice for them to come at a later time. A non in-person check-in/check-out would have been preferred as well. Overall, the owners were very responsive and helpful. Would 100% rent again.

Cozy and cute beach cottage

We recently stayed in this cottage for a 'sibling reunion' for my husband and his sisters. One sister lived about a mile from this property. It was the perfect place! Eyra and Mike were such great hosts. They met us upon arrival and welcomed us with treats and a fabulous place to stay. The house was spotless! It looks recently renovated and is just adorable. The pictures are true to what it was like. They supplied so many niceties; plenty of toiletries (and nice ones at that!), white fluffy towels, a laundry room fully stocked, a lush/green back yard with covered deck for our morning coffee, and so much more. The unit is a duplex but we didn't hear a peep from the neighbor. It's about a mile (or less) walk to the beach and we walked every day in beautiful Florida February weather. We could walk or take a short drive to several cute restaurants; Ocean Café, Banana Boat and Hurricane Alley are just three and all had great food and atmosphere. It was perfect. We couldn't have had a better experience and hope to come back for another visit next year with family and would love to stay at the same property.

Super cute old-school Florida home!

In town for a junior golf tournament, we booked this property again as a 'thank you' to the owner after they graciously let us out of a previous rental when a named-hurricane was inbound and a different golf event was cancelled. The place is super cute, very clean, and fully functional. It is an older home, and as such, it makes noises in ways newer homes do not. We had a lovely stay and if we find ourselves in the area we would consider this property again.

Awesome vacation

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. We went to the beach everyday, I walked to the beach. We were able to cook our own meals throughout the week. We were able to visit our family and friends that lived in the area. We felt safe in the neighborhood and was able to relax and enjoy our vacation. The owners were awesome. Hope to rent again.

Perfect for us!!!

This rental was perfect for us! The house was clean, bright, and cheerful with an open floor plan. We loved the beach theme. The furniture was comfortable both indoors and out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one needs to prepare light snacks or more involved meals. The hosts were easy to communicate with and patient with our changing arrival time. They provided everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, including beach towels and chairs. The location was ideal, with the beach and several restaurants within a mile walking distance. The property was a tremendous value for the money, with many amenities, responsive hosts and a great location.

Loved our stay

We loved staying in this delightful and comfortable home. Eyra and Mike were quick to answer any questions we had. The house was spotless and loaded with amenities. It's about a mile from beach access and close to several nice restaurants: The Butcher and The Bar and East Ocean Cafe (great breakfast). I whole heartedly recommend this home and its hosts.

Cute Beach House in a quiet neighborhood.

Fantastic House

House was immaculate and lovely. The location was perfect - right down the road from the little town and beach. Highly recommend Two Georges restaurant in the town. Cute park on the corner we walked to everyday. Neighborhood was safe and very nice neighbors- I’m from NY - not used to neighbors saying hello often lol. Beds and couch were comfy, kitchen was stocked with all you need to cook and clean, beach chairs and cooler came in handy for the beach, the house is much larger than it looks! Back yard was perfect for sunbathing or just sitting around listening to the birds. Washing machine and dryer were great. Homeowner was absolutely awesome! Will def stay here again!

I am Eyra Caldera. We purchased this home in 2006. We now live in West Palm Beach, Florida. We decided to turn the home into a vacation rental this year 2017. We love that home and have no intention of selling it. This will be our retirement home.

None of the items in this home belonged to us. We purchase each and every piece just for this home. New beds, new sheets & new furniture. I decorated the home with the ocean in mind (my version of the ocean). We hope this home is not just a roof and a bed for people. I want it to be a destination; a destination you want to return year after year with your friends and family. A vacation home where you can build everlasting family memories.

The home is very clean and comfortable with upgraded kitchen and stainless steal appliances. There is a very big back yard. The home is senior friendly. The home is decorated with simple decor. It is full of convenient gadgets.

The neighborhood is very safe as the police station is two blocks away. This will be our retirement home so we trust that if it is good and safe for us it is excellent choice for you.

We have a play pen, books to entertain you and a DVD player with kids DVDs available.

There is near by transportation. It is very walk-able to Downtown Boynton Beach. The public transportation is excellent and can bring you all over near by malls and shops. If you walk Straight East from Ocean Avenue, you are sure to find lots of places to eat and shop.
