LEGACY PARK LUXURY EXECUTIVE VILLA

Välkommen till vår lyxiga verkställande villa, där du kommer att ha allt du önskar för att göra dig semester en att komma ihåg.

Efter en rolig och utmattande dag på Disney (6 miles) eller Universal (24 miles) kommer du att kunna koppla av i komforten i denna lyxigt inredda villa.

Med 3400 kvadratmeter luftkonditionerat utrymme finns det gott om plats för upp till 12 gäster.

Du kan njuta av en avkopplande drink runt din egen privata uppvärmda pool och spa, komplett med utemöbler, lyxiga solstolar och poolbadrum. Barnen kan ha en trevlig tid på PS2 eller spela pool i övervåningen.

Vardagsrummet och familjerummet har båda stora platt-TV-apparater, komplett med Bluray-spelare.

Kabel-TV finns tillgängligt på TV-apparater i hemmet, och WI FI-internet finns tillgängligt utan extra kostnad.

Måltiderna kommer att vara stressfria i det stora fullt utrustade köket och matplatsen.

Villan har en stor master svit möblerad med en bekväm king size-säng, stor TV och Bluray betalare. Rummet är komplett med stort badrum och garderob.

De andra två sovrummen är kompletta Queen size-sängar, badrum och TV-apparater.
För gäster med begränsad rörlighet ligger ett av sovrummen på bottenvåningen.

De två tvåbäddsrummen är inredda med 2 enkelsängar, TV och DVD-spelare. Alla ligger nära familjens badrum på övervåningen.

För att rymma två gäster finns det också en bäddsoffa i dubbelrummet

För ökad säkerhet är villan helt oroad, och för barnsäkerhet är pooldörren komplett med ett barnlarm.

Du kan njuta av en avkopplande drink och varva ner runt din egen privata uppvärmda pool och spa, komplett med utemöbler, lyxiga solstolar och poolbadrum, alla med utsikt över skyddsområdet.

Family Vacay

Had a great stay at this house. My daughter and I mostly enjoyed the Spa. Pool was nice too. House could use a few updates but nothing major. Overall, a great place to stay with a family and I would highly recommend it to anyone I know.

Spring Break 2025

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, we noticed how clean and well-maintained it was, which immediately made us feel at home. The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully designed, providing enough comfort and privacy for our entire family. While we spent most of our time at the parks and didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool area, we were delighted to unwind in the hot tub after our long days of park hopping. It was the perfect way to relax and soothe our tired muscles after an exciting day of adventures.Additionally, the owners were extremely communicative and helpful throughout our stay. They made the check-in process easy and seamless, allowing us to settle in without any hassle. Overall, our experience at this property was wonderful, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly accommodation in the area.

We had a great time my family an myself kids enjoyed the pool house is gorgeous upstairs gets a little warmer then i like but still loved it great house for the price...the pool table needs to be cleaned im guessing from past guess but other than that love the property looking forward to hopefully staying here again.

Vacation home

The house is just as listed. Great location near Disney but not enough parking for a large family as neighbor’s vehicles were taking up much of the area. Could use more hand towels and washcloths as there were only two in the entire house. Overall a pleasant place to stay.

Amazing Time

We absolutely loved staying at this home. Myself and my 2 grown daughters, son-in-law, and 3 grandchildren. Plenty of room to be together while still having enough space for yourself. The kids had a blast in the pool and we all enjoyed the spa. The pool table brought everyone together. It was nice to have different living spaces to hang out. No one felt cramped and I never had to tell the kids to keep it down. Absolutely beautiful property that is very well maintained. Thank you for having us! I would definitely stay again if in Orlando.

Florida stay looking for some R&R. Also in town for my oldest son’s wedding.

We were in Florida for my son’s wedding, and for some much needed family time.Now . I’m being very truthful on this review. What do I have to lose on a not perfect review .Nothing at all but the owners should Know what is going on in their rental.I noticed the following.Carpet needs professional cleaning. Several stains and dirty.Shades on lamps were coming apart and needed attention.Banister that were going upstairs were different and looked odd.Ceiling fan in master bedroom made noises like it was on its last leg I’m just saying there’s maybe about 300 worth iWork here to get this beautiful house back into ship shape to get you Mote 5 star ratings.Good luck JimI no o t ty iced the follow

long awaited vacation

The house is nice - pool & hot tub wonderful. Enjoyed looking out on to the conservation area while relaxing on the pool deck. Don't count on sleeping on main floor until mattress is replaced. Could not access property on our first night as property manager had changed code & had not informed ourselves or the owner. Owner did refund cost of hotel.

Family vaca

This house was perfect for my family. Big enough it gave us our own space allowing us some alone time as needed. The kids loved the heated pool. Driving distance to Disney and SeaWorld was what really sold us. Nice quiet neighborhood. Mark our host was amazing.

Trip to Orlando

The house was really nice when we stayed there. It was clean clean and the main floor was nice and cool. The upstairs gets a little warm but it wasn’t bad. We would stay again if we go that way again.

A Week in Dec for Disney

The home is exactly as described. Very spacious and clean. Pool was perfect for our large family. The home had great amenities including washer/dryer, pool table, gaming system, pool, and lots of gathering space. It was a great week For our family. A few things to note: you can’t adjust the A/C below 75. You can’t turn off the system either. For example, one day it was 86 degrees and one night it was in the upper 30’s. Everything in between. We couldn’t cut off the heat in the home or adjust back. There is only parking for one car in driveway. The road has parking, but close to the home, road is very full with other parked cars. Just plan accordingly and your stay will be great.
