Detta vatten front, två sovrum bostadsrätt (bottenvåningen), sitter på slutet av Pine Avenue, tvärs över gatan från stranden och har underbar seaside utsikt över bukten. Det har också en egen privat fiske brygga och båt halka!

Vi har smakfullt inredda denna rymliga villa. Varje rum har möbler av hög kvalitet som ger enheten en ö känner med alla bekvämligheter i ett hem. Nu med gratis trådlöst bredband! Vi har lagt till plantering fönsterluckor till varje rum med utsikt som sträcker sig över fjärden, utanför staden piren.

Promenera ner Pine Avenue som det sträcker sig från City Pier på viken till Sandbar Restaurant som sitter på den västra stranden. Njut av härliga solnedgångar på Mexikanska golfen från den mjuka sandstranden. Smutta på en cocktail på din stranden bord till tonerna av ett lokalt band. Fisket är nummer ett sporten på detta område. Watch 'em rulle i det stora från Rod n Reel piren ligger en kort promenad bort med fantastisk utsikt över Egmont Key.

Beläget vid norra änden av Anna Maria Island i hörnet av Pine Avenue och Bayfront Boulevard. Tvärs över gatan på Bayfront Blvd. är den historiska Anna Maria City Pier och restaurang med anor till 1910, The Bayfront Plaza, hem till "Two Scoops" Ice Cream Shoppe, Kaffehus och Café ligger tvärs över Pine Avenue. Också ligger på Bayfront Plaza är Anna Maria Posten och butiker för unika kläder, antikviteter, konst, gåvor och specialvaror.

Ta den fria vagn som löper längs ön till Bradenton Beach, passerar Holmes Beach som sitter i centrum av denna lugna ön. Den fastlandet kan nås via två broar som sträcker sig från den östra stranden mot Bradenton. Den södra spetsen når ut över inom kustnära mot Longboat Key och Sarasota. Besök St Armands Circle för bästa designer shopping på västkusten eller bege dig till Walt Disney World och andra attraktioner i Orlando som är bara två timmar bort.

We had a wonderful repeat stay at this unit! The post-hurricane updates and redos look amazing! The unit is very clean, and the location is fantastic. You can easily walk to the bay-side beach or the gulf-side beach. My family also walked to Two Scoops for ice cream every night! Host is great to work with, and you will not regret booking this unit.

Great stay! Great location!

We loved staying here! It was such a great location to so much. We were able to walk to two scoops for ice cream, we walked to the city pier and to the bay. We launched our kayaks right off the dock. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. It was wonderful and we would love to stay here again!

Vacation rental Anna Maria Island

Super Clean and great location! Only complaint was it would have been nice to have some beach chairs in the closet. We bought two to use and left them in the closet for future guests. Other than that everything else was great!

Beautiful rental!

This rental is beautiful. From the cozy condo to the gorgeous view from the back patio, I enjoyed every bit of it. The condo was clean and stocked with anything and everything needed to enjoy your stay. The furniture was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have an assigned parking spot to assure front row parking. This condo is close to restaurants, shopping, and especially the water. I will definitely be back!

Island was great as always. Apartment was ok, but I would have appreciate when I could have opened a window or terrace door or at least would have been able too look through. This could have been better looked after. In total a Great Price for the apartment and location. Kind regards

Great location, but

Great location just across from Anna Maria pier. The kitchen is nicely supplied with basic dishes and cook wear. It’s in need of repairs. The bathroom door didn’t slide closed and was very hard to open. FTI walk in with basic supplies, TP, soap of all kinds and any paper product you may use. I’m guessing the place will get a good cleaning soon as it’s near the end of the season.

The Bayou

This condo was in a lovely location. Inside it was relatively clean although it was clear no one had gotten into the corners in a bit. It was sparsely furnished and would benefit from some additions to the linens, not enough bath towels, no beach towels or chairs The owner offered to reimburse me if I chose to purchase chairs to be left. I bought two chairs and was promptly repaid The kitchen could definitely use some newer knives, a blender, a cutting board. The basics need refreshing Finally, my only big issue with the condo was the difficulty involved inopening the sliding door. It took two hands and a foot or two people and really needs repair or replacement for safety Chris was responsive when contacted

Wonderful Location, Less Wonderful Housekeeping

Disclaimer: This is the second year in a row I've stayed at this flat, and because it's just me and I need few in-house vacation amenities, I'll likely be a repeat customer because I know what to expect. In 2024, I arrived at my check-in time only to find housekeeping still cleaning up, so I had to entertain myself for two more hours until they were done. This year, I gave myself ample time to arrive and planned to get on the island around 6 p.m. (check-in time is 3 p.m.). When I arrived close to 6, it appeared housekeeping hadn't come at all — there were towels by the washer and dryer waiting to be laundered; the beds had not been stripped or replaced with clean linens; the bathroom had hair and an un-flushed toilet; there were muddy footprints in the entryway; the kitchen sink bore signs of frequent use. I struggled to get in contact with the property manager to report this issue, as though I could "check in" in terms of bringing my stuff inside, I couldn't unpack or settle in, and at first I wasn't sure if I was even going to be able to sleep there the first night. Thankfully, after a couple of hours, the property owner reached out and was able to get in touch with housekeeping to come by at 9 p.m. (six hours after check-in time, three hours after I was on the island). I gave them a couple hours to clean without me hovering, and when I got back around 11, the dryer was still going but everything was spic-and-span. This soured my first day of my reservation.

We had a great stay in this condo. The location was just perfect. The beds were comfy and the condo was very clean and stocked with everything we needed for the week. We loved fishing off of our own dock in the back. We will definately be back to this gem!

Still our favorite place to stay!

This is our 3rd stay at Mr. Knowles condo, and we hope there will be more. There was a little miscommunication with the facility cleaning, but it all got straightened out to our satisfaction, and we had a wonderful week! This condo is located directly across from the bay and down the street from the gulf. There are places to shop and eat, within walking distance, all around. The location is quiet, and it’s a beautiful place to catch the sunrise.

Perfect Getway!

Our first time on AMI didn’t disappoint. The location of this property is in the north end, which is less busy compared to the Bradenton area. Short walk to the beach. Trolly stop right by the Pier. Nice quiet area with everything you need.

Wonderful Vacation

We arrived to find a darling two bedroom condo , just freshly painted and beautiful furniture The host was so accommodating with questions we had, and the location of this condo is literally the best in the island, you are close to beaches, coffee, restaurants, and shopping. Yet it is so quiet! We enjoyed seeing the dolphins from the pier

Great location. But my husband has a broken heel and I picked the location for him to fish on the pier. The property description and photos made me think the unit was right on the canal rather than sit back. It was a big issue, but it would have been better for him. Had we been right on the canal.

Great location!

This was the perfect size and had just what our family of 4 needed to stay comfortably. Chris responded promptly to all messages, and the location is awesome. Our sons enjoyed fishing right out the back door off the boat slip, and our family took several walks right across the street to Two Scoops, the best ice cream spot in town. Our only complaint would be that the bathroom door (sliding door) was off the track and very aggravating to open and close. Chris did say he would try to get it fixed as soon as possible, and we didn’t push to have it fixed while we were there. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would return again!

This unit is not as nicely equipped or furnished as some others on the complex. Bare minimum kitchen accessories, virtually no beach accessories. Comms with the property manager were timely. Wed likely not rent this one again

Best Location on The Island

After multiple trips to AMI, this was the first time we stayed on the North end of the island. This location is by far our favorite. What a great week! It’s a 2 minute walk to the Anna Maria Island City Pier and the warm Bay waters. We saw a school of stingrays in the bay and listened to live music on the pier every day. Bean Point is a 10 minute walk for the most beautiful sunsets. You have the option of riding the FREE Trolley to Manatee Beach, Holmes Beach and Coquina Beach as well as multiple shops and eateries along the way. The trolley even stops at Publix! The condo was perfectly and thoroughly equipped. The management company (Chris) is very responsive and helpful. We strongly recommend enjoying your stay at this location. We will be visiting again soon…….cant wait to come back!

We enjoyed the island and the accommodations. The condo was clean and well appointed with almost everything you need — there was one exception, not enough washcloths. It was close to most everything on the north end especially the city pier, which we enjoyed its sites and sounds most every evening. I wish the beaches on the north end were a little easier to access. If you don’t mind walking or biking not a big deal, but parking is challenging. If a person has limitations this is not the best situation. A little planning and a very early start may overcome this, but who wants to do that! But I digress. This is suppose to be a condo review. Definitely a nice place…
