This was our 4th time staying at this cabin and each time we are staying longer. That alone should tell you how much we love the place!! The peace and quiet cannot be beat. The only sounds are the wind in the trees and the river below. It is well equipped and well taken care of. We’ll start planning our next visit soon!

We had such a wonderful stay. The cabin and views were so beautiful! We brought along our 2 dogs and the fenced in area that led to the deck was great. It helped us relax instead of worrying the dogs would wonder off after all the good sniffs! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great cabin for the family for a relaxing weekend. The weather was great and we slept with the windows open. Don’t forget to bring some water shoes - the creek/river behind the house is clear and cool, but a little slippery when walking on the rocks. Great place for the dog too, with a fenced yard and all wood floors. We drove over to DeSoto Falls but the falls had all dried up, so it was great to explore the river behind the cabin.

Everything was very clean - even the hot tub was super clean!The dog run was perfect! Our pups could run around out back while we were grilling. Definitely recommend this for a secluded get away! It was just what we needed!

We absolutely love this peaceful cabin. This is our 2nd time staying & we are already planning to comeback next year. Being able to spend the day's floating in the water while admiring God's beautiful artwork all around us is so relaxing & amazing. Thank you for allowing us to stay again. We had an awesome and relaxing time celebrating our 43rd anniversary. It was just what we were looking for. The water was a bit harder to access then we expected. But the cabin was perfect.

We loved being able to bring our dog. We were glad to see steps leading to beautiful rocks lining the river. You could hear the river sitting at the fire pit and cabin deck. I gave a 4 for accuracy of description. It was described as very isolated. The general setting is isolated, but there is another cabin right after the Get Away From It All cabin. It isn't a deal breaker because the other cabin is only visible from the road in front of the cabin. I would definitely stay here again!

Thanks for the review, to be clear the cabin after away from it all is over a football field away and because of where away from it all sits there is privacy all the way around it, so don’t walk naked on the road but on the porches you would be ok!

What an absolutely charming little place! It was everything it had been advertised to be - and more. The inside was just super cozy & adorable...The screened in porch, back deck and hot tub were all well laid out and so fun to hang out on. The property is quiet and well-maintained and the view of the river can't be beat. One of our favorite vacation spots to date and we cannot wait to go back again...and again!

The cabin was delightful, quiet, very clean, with a nice hot tub on the screened in back deck. It was such a beautiful place to get married to my soul mate. We had so much privacy. We took our little pup (French Bulldog). This cabin was pet friendly. We couldn't have had a more pleasant place to stay. Loved it! We will go back for our year anniversary! Thank you!

This was our third time staying here and each time we have added on an extra day or two. It is calm, peaceful and exactly what we needed to decompress. The location at the end of a quiet gravel road set above the river is perfect.
