Denna spektakulära hus på sjön har egen femtio fot lakefront på Skaha Lake i Penticton. Detta strandnära hem har tjugo meters takhöjd och är mycket rymlig med en trevlig nivå av sekretess. Hemmet byggdes på 60-talet men har haft renoveringar på både badrum och både kök. Det verkliga värdet här är platsen, bara 15 hus bort från Skaha Beach / Water Park / barnen spela park.

Detta fem sovrum hem erbjuder en vacker gårdsplanen för avkoppling i den varma, sommarsolen. Denna stranden hem har femtio fot av sjön och det grunda vattnet posten är utmärkt för bad och vatten slappa, plus en simmare docka.

Loved our vacation here!

This home was very well equipped with all we could ask for! The outdoor games and water activities were a bonus! The location, view and large amount of space made our vacation very enjoyable!

Great Time

Two families enjoyed this property for the week. We all had a great time and the property real helped us enjoy our time here. Great location and the property had everything we needed. Lots of deck space, floaty’s, BBQ and waterfront really a great place to stay.

Wonderful stay for our climber squad

We climbed all day at Skaha Bluffs and enjoyed resting and recuperating in the beautiful house every evening. Really a wonderful property with the lake access, and Rochelle was super communicative.

Excellent holiday

House was well equipped with all you need from cooking in the kitchen to playing in the water. Feels like a home away from home. Hosts were helpful and very accommodating with helping us park boat trailer at their house rather the marina. Would definitely book again. Tons to do in Penticton.

Home away from home!

This location and accommodation was perfect for our month long vacation. Friends and family joined us at different times and everyone had wonderful comments about their stay. The hosts, Rochelle and Rob, are amazing. Responsive to requests and generous with time and suggestions to make our time in the property, and Penticton area, outstanding. Thanks so much! The kitchens were extremely well stocked, beds were comfortable and lots of water activity resources were available. We loved it. Highly recommend this property for families.

Great Summer vacation

Back to back years we have come and we had a great trip both years. Rob and Rochelle are great and easy to deal with. Everything is in the house that is needed. We will be coming back and highly recommend it.

Amazing family vacation

We stayed at this place with our friends and we had one of the best vacations! The house is well equipped: there are plenty of staff in the kitchens. I cannot say that we needed something and we couldn't find it. Location is the key! 5 min walk to Skaha park, which is ideal for kids, and to the beach area, which is great for the whole family. If you forgot something at home, all shopping within 3 km ( superstore, Walmart, etc). We definitely will come back.

Best Family Vacation Ever!

We gathered our family from 4 locations--all 17 of us: 8 adults and 9 children under the age of 11 to enjoy 2 weeks in Penticton on Lake Skaha. Robert and Rochelle were very accommodating about the extra little ones. They provided us with extra mattresses and sleep space. We were a bit worried about only 2 bathrooms but it was never a problem. Parking worked out fine for our 3 cars and boat trailer. We brought in an aluminum fishing boat that we kept on the dock the entire 2 weeks. We had a fantastic time. We enjoyed the shallow warm lake every day and sat outside on the decks or by the lake. Plenty of seating for everyone. The Skaha Marina is just up the street (walking distance) and we were able to rent jet skis, pontoon boats and speed boats with tubes for pulling adults and kids. We brought lots of blow up toys which were fun too. The house has 2 kitchens which gave us 2 refrigerators which we needed and a washer and dryer on both levels was a bonus! They provide lots of detergent too! The kitchens were stocked with everything you need to cook meals to eat in. We were there during the peach festival which gave us extra things to do but a hit with the adults were all the wineries and wine tasting available. Robert and Rochelle live up the street so they were right there if we had questions or concerns. We are a family that often enjoys a beach vacation but this was just as good. We all decided we would return to this home and to Penticton again. Top vacation on the list for all!

Excellent vacation home

We had a great time staying at the vacation home for an extended labour day weekend. The house is very comfortable and clean. The yard and lakefront are fantastic. We spent every afternoon swimming in the lake and relaxing on the deck and dock, then enjoyed dinner on the deck overlooking the lake with a perfect view of the sunset. After that, back downstairs to the fire pit to enjoy the day's wine finds and some s'mores! We had extended family staying at the house - 4 couples, a toddler, and 2 dogs. There was plenty of room for everyone. The location is great - close to the marina and park, and many great wineries. The owners are very accommodating. They called ahead to see if we had any specific requests as to how the cleaning was done (fragrance allergies, etc.) and surprised us with two nice bottles of wine and some firewood to use!
