Lovely 2-bedroom cottage with AC in Police Man's Cove
Welcome to "a little piece of Heaven" as the locals call it. 448 Ramsdell is a newly renovated cottage a mere 350 feet from the sandy shores of Little Sebago lake. You will enjoy beach rights to one of the nicest coves on the lake with a sandy gradual entry. The cove faces west so you will witness the most amazing sunsets. The cottage has been completely renovated with new kitchen, bathroom and a new Fujitsu mini split to keep you comfortable no matter what the temperature!
The space
448 Ramsdell Road has gone through extensive renovation over the past 5 years.
-Purchase in 2017
-2018 new septic system
-2019 Bathroom gutted and redone
-2020 Kitchen gutted and completely redone.
-2021 Cottage lifted off of its piers and a full foundation installed.
-2021 Electrical upgraded.
-2021 new porch with lake views.
-2025 New Fujitsu mini split providing heat and AC

- 2 queen size beds
-Bathroom with walk in shower.
-Shower and toilet can be separate from rest of bathroom with pocket door.
-Washer Dryer in bathroom.
-Newly remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops
-Living room with smart TV
-WIFI
-Large enclosed porch with dining room table
- Gas Grill
-Fire pit with chairs.
-Chairs provided for beach.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire cottage. There is a small staircase to enter the cottage. The unfinished basement is not accessible. There is a garage on the property that is not part of the rental. This is used by the owner who lives a few houses away.
Guests have access to the beach are know as Police Man's Cove.
There is a boat mooring available.
Other things to note
NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE HOUSE.
We have been part of this neighborhood since the 70's. Some of the families in this neighborhood have had their camps/cottages since the 1940's. Please respect the neighborhood. This is not a a party house.
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8 am so no loud music during this time.
NO FIREWORKS ON THE PROPERTY OR THE COVE.
