Awe Inspiring RED ROCK VIEWS; Monthly Rental
Hill top cul-de-sac home with impressive 360-degree views, rents Monthly. Near to Bell Rock and Court House Rock trailheads, great for hiking and cycling, Close to several golf courses, leisure activities, fine and casual dining.
Previously a Premier Host for this VRBO property:2019-2022. We've just returned to VRBO after a remodel and numerous amenity updates. Our prior reviews are unavailable because of the 3 yr gap between our departure and return to VRBO.
The first floor was remodeled in 2025 and included the kitchen, dining room, living room, living room patio, TV room, and laundry room. This home is energy efficient with solar panels, new windows, heating/cooling system, Tesla charging station, all new appliances including Bespoke induction range/oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Additional appliances include beverage center, drawer convection microwave, air fryer, pizza oven, and propane grill.
The home is fully furnished, with plentiful bedding and linens for 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. There are 4 inspiring view patios to choose from: dining patio for 6 with red rock views; living room patio featuring red rock views and oversized furniture for spacious seating; back patio includes sectional sofa seating and views vegetation rich mesas and Castle Rock; the primary bedroom patio has red rock views and provides private stargazing. Take advantage of our Dark Sky rating and enjoy an abundance of constellations from the two-person hot tub in the backyard.
Parking is in one bay of the garage, or on the large concrete pad outside the garage, as well as on the driveway. One bay of the garage is dedicated to a fitness area that includes: massage chair, treadmill, free weights, mat covered floor, TV, and many fitness accessories.
In compliance with the community CC&Râs, all rentals are one month or longer.

We loved this house and the neighborhood at first sight, with its proximity to the red rocks, the forest, and located on a quiet cul-de-sac. It appeared that every window in the house framed a rock formation. We were captivated.

Our property is uniquely located at the top of a hill that is adjacent to numerous rock formations and provides far-reaching views in all directions. Every season, if not every day the colors change and expose new delights. Sunsets and Sunrises serve as exclamations at either end of a day.
