Detta 3 sovrum, 2 badrum ligger i ett vackert område i Niagara Falls, bara 3. 3 miles från Niagara Falls State Park.

Det stora sovrummet med bifogat bad ligger på första våningen och har en queen size-säng. De andra två sovrummen ligger på andra våningen. Ett av rummen har en queen size-säng med ett litet vardagsrum anslutet som har en bäddsoffa för en extra gäst. Det andra sovrummet har en dubbelsäng. Det andra badrummet ligger på andra våningen.

På första våningen utöver sovrummet finns kök, vardagsrum och matsal och bakre hall som leder till en skärmad veranda och trädgården.

Huset ligger i Deveaux-området i Niagara Falls, ett vackert bostadsområde nära Niagara University. Huset ligger 10 minuters promenad till Whirlpool och Devil's Hole State Parks och 10 minuter. kör eller 20 min. cykeltur längs Gorge till Niagara Falls State Park. Lewiston är också en kort bilresa uppför parkvägen och har många söta butiker och trevliga restauranger.

Huset nås lättast med bil men NFTA-bussarna går längs Lewiston Road som ligger på hörnet och går till antingen Lewiston eller till Niagara Falls.

Huset har wi-fi i hela. Det finns en SmartTV och DVD-spelare i sovrummet, men det finns ingen kabel (vi har en inre antenn för sändningskanaler). Det finns en uppfart som du kan använda för att parkera ditt fordon. Husdjur kommer att beaktas.

Niagara Falls Gem

Location on quiet, safe street in older neighborhood. Directions very easy to follow & parking FREE in driveway & on street. Keyless entry easy to operate. Love the double doors into the front of house. Large open area: alcove, dining, living room with fireplace. Really appreciated the shelving for our food stuff in kitchen.Easy use stove & dishwasher. Loved the patio lights, grill & fenced in backyard . Enjoyed by humans & dogs. Beds very comfortable after trekking around the falls & parks. Thanks for a fun & busy weekend.

Good Location

The property is conveniently located to the sites around Niagara Falls including walking trails. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The overall house is good with a small fenced backyard. We only used the kitchen sparingly so can't comment on how well it is stocked. My only complaint was the master bedroom bed was uncomfortable with a thin mattress. Overall, we enjoyed our time there.

Nice older house.

The house is an older house with all that implies. Some floors are not level. The front steps are really high. The steps to the backdoor are dimly lot at night. All that said, the beds were very nice, The kitchen was pretty well equipped.

Would Recommend!

Clean, charming house in a cute, quiet neighborhood. Location is great, as we used it as a base for trips to both sides of the falls, Buffalo, Niagara-on-the-Lake, and even Toronto. Also within close proximity to miles of paved trails for running, walking, biking, etc. One of the most well-stocked rentals we've stayed in, especially the kitchen.

I would say this place has potential to be great. Some of the items are dated or worn out. The location is great along with the space of the house. It has easy access to the Lewiston Bridge to Canada.

Great for a family near Niagara

Our family of six fit perfectly in this home that was 10-15 minutes from American side of the falls. Easy parking and safe neighborhood. House is just what you need for a few days stay.

Lovely home close to the falls

We stayed for our spring break to see the falls for the first time! The photos didnt do the home justice. It is very charming and sweet. The only detail that could have been better was the gates in the backyard. We brought 2 small dogs and the gate left a bit of space so they could slip under easily. We used some stones to block them and all was well! The home owner was very responsive, and the location was very convenient! Definitely worth staying in!

A Quiet Respite

A comfortable older home close to all the sites in the Niagara Falls area that allowed our party of five adults space for both conversation and privacy. We appreciated the backyard and the off street parking and proximity to the Devil’s Hole.

Carroll Reetz är värd

Carroll spent most of her career in Human Resources but gave it all up (darn) to open a hostel in Niagara Falls- leaving the wonderful California weather behind but gaining a wonderful husband. Andre is from Germany and we found each other here! We have since expanded from the hostel and added a couple vacation rentals to our endeavors. We think they are a great alternative to a sterile hotel - more like home away from home.

The Whirlpool Cottage is in the nicest area of Niagara Falls where visitors can feel relaxed and secure in their home away from home.

We are fully permitted and certified by the City of Niagara Falls that we meet all building and fire codes required to operate a vacation rental. Many listings in Niagara Falls are not legal, so be careful. Keep your family safe and be sure to book with those operators that can show you their permit and certificate of occupancy.
