The amenities were great, the large pool, hot tub and game room were big hits with our family! The views were awesome from the dining room and family room area. Trailhead right near the backyard which was a good hike. Russell the host was great at communicating and quickly responded to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was amazing for our 3-day family getaway. We loved swimming in the pool and playing games at the large dining table. It's a beautiful place and a very quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well-appointed. It is also very close to many great restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping areas.

My family and I had a wonderful time. The house had so many amazing amenities. My two teen boys would have been happy never leaving the house. Russ, the host went above and beyond! His response time was within minutes when we needed anything!

We had the best time at Bella Vista. This house is amazing. We loved the decor, the spaciousness and especially the pool/hot tub area. We even ditched one of our hikes to spend more time at the pool and enjoy the house. The house feels secluded which I loved but still close to town.Everything was very clean and organized. The check in guide made things very easy for check in and check out. The host was great with communication too. We will be back!

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious and modern rental! The home was incredibly clean and roomy which was perfect for our large family. Our favorite part of the home was the floor-to-ceiling windows that offered stunning views. The host was also exceptionally responsive, answering our questions quickly and helpfully. Highly recommend!

We had a family reunion over Thanksgiving week. Everyone loved the property. Stunning view of Thunder Mountain from the living room. The game room was a big hit with our grandchildren and adults. Spacious bedrooms. Loved the heated tiles in the master bathroom. Massage chair was relaxing. Excellent rating overall. We would come back in the future.

The property owner couldn't have more communicative and helpful provided numerous suggestions based on our interests for activities and food in the area. Any question was answered within minutes. The house was fantastic, perfect for our family of 5. The pool and game room was a hit with the kids. The views were amazing and being within a certified dark sky community made the views of the stars incredible, like nothing we've seen before. This will be the only place we stay and recommend in Sedona! Don't hesitate, book it. You won't be disappointed.

We chose this location for our mini family reunion. It ended up being a great choice. The views are fantastic. The home is very spacious and accommodated the fourteen of us easily. The game room was a hit. The pool was everyone’s favorite hang out. The ping pong table got a lot of play. The bedrooms were spacious. I would definitely recommend this property. The more, the merrier.

Our host Russell was very good at responding quickly to my messages!We have used VRBO a lot through the years and always will. The house in Sedona was a perfect size for our family of 15. The massage chair in the Master was used by almost everyone and the game room was a big hit.Thank you so much!
