This quiet and comfortable 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom retreat is the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. Clean and thoughtfully maintained, the home offers everything you need- whether you're here for a weekend getaway, catching a game at State Farm Stadium, or enjoying the many nearby restaurants, shops, or golf courses,
Guests will love the resort style amenities right at their fingertips. Enjoy a match on the pickleball or tennis courts, cool off in one of the sparkling pools, or take the kids to the family friendly parks nearby. Entry to all courts is by key. Registration is required to use the pools ($25) but typically if you mention you are guests of the Schenk's...it works:)The Bellaire driving range is right around the corner and is a popular hangout after dark.
Inside you'll find a bright welcoming space designed for comfort and convenience with 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The home is ideal for families, couples, or friends travelling together. All of this is set in a peaceful neighborhood that makes it easy to unwind at the end of the day.
Our home is located in the very quiet Belleair subdivision. There are endless walking routes through quiet streets that wind around Bellaire Golf Park, an executive and affordable layout. There are ponds that have friendly ducks for feeding, but make sure you stay clear of the golfers!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
This was such a great find for us. Its so quit and in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Glendale, with a small community feel. There are always people walking and enjoying the beautiful of 365 day SUN!
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
This is a newly renovated property that is so quiet. We have never heard neighbors. The back courtyard is a small patch of faux grass that is a fun place for kids to play out of sight.
