It's a beautiful location on the Pacific. You can't get much closer without owning a private home. The condo was clean and looked recently renovated. It's a great place to spend your vacation in paradise! The owner and management company were amazing and extremely responsive.

Great stay

Mana Kai is our preferred placed to stay on Maui and this condo didn't disappoint. It was very nice to be in a unit closer to the ocean; this ensures a beautiful water view from the back bedroom, rather than just parking lot The unit was clean and comfortable and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay. belot.

Excellent with minimal annoyances

The scenery, location, and condo/lanai space were awesome. The whales were plentiful and fun to watch. However, the second bedroom had been advertised with a small fridge and coffee maker. It had neither. The televisions were nice but lots of streaming problems while trying to watch a program. One of the kitchen chairs had a loose leg and we were afraid to use it. There was a red light on the microwave stating "reset filter" and we did not find any way to follow the instructions. The availabilty of a pay washer and dryer on the same floor was convenient but according to the book complementary detergent was to have been provided. There was none and when we asked housekeeping on the floor they refused to give us any stating we were "privately owned." The assigned parking spot was so small that passengers had to exit before pulling into the spot. Overall......very pleased with the unit and if we vacation on Maui again will likely return. teprogr television and available

Fantastic Stay

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The view from the balcony was breathtaking – simply magical! The condo was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and Victoria was extremely communicative and accommodating. We loved it so much that we extended our stay by a day! We can't wait to return.

Great owner with an awesome unit

We have stayed at the Mana Kai over a dozen times and this unit was definitely up there with the nicest of them all. Owner was extremely flexible for our check in time and communication was a breeze. Will certainly be returning next year.

Awesome place!

I would come back here in a heartbeat! We loved the view. We saw whales and beautiful sunsets from the balcony daily. The sound of the ocean pulled us to sleep. Everything was clean and there was nothing lacking. The location was excellent. Quiet with friendly people. Pool was perfect temperature. We had a wonderful time.

Amazing!

I have been traveling to one of the Hawaiian islands for the past 30 years and sometimes twice a year. Almost all have been condos rented out by owners. This property is exactly as described and the views are amazing! Check in was easy and communication with the owner was immediate. We will be back again and urge anyone else considering this condo to not hesitate! Thank you, Victoria, will be renting again!

AMAZING VIEWS! Gorgeous

The views are unbeatable! Wake up and open the blinds and the sunshine and sounds of waves hit you! We saw whales from the balcony and sea turtles on the beach. Air conditioning is a plus (a lot of places we looked at did not have that). Property has a nice pool, beach chairs and a mini convenient store. I will say the layout of the unit is a bit strange…the back bedroom is a totally separate unit (have to go through the locked doors to get to it). Not a negative, just something to be aware of (it is actually quieter and cooler back there if you want). Bring your toiletries (or buy some from the convenient store downstairs). They give a very small “starter pack”. The unit itself is nice and you can tell recently renovated. Restaurants in the “town” of Kihei are local laid back (we loved Three’s Bar”). If you go towards wailea there are more upscale restaurants. Definitely recommend this stay!!

Had an amazing time

We had an amazing time, we liked our condo, beautiful view and the rooms and beds worked out great for our family of 5. The grounds and Pool is clean and lovely. The beach is amazing and the snorkeling right on our own reef is amazing. We 100% would love to stay here again. We really liked the staff here too, and the gym in the basement is big with great work out equipment. We loved how past guests leave stuff like sand toys etc, we donated kids life jackets and goggles. Only suggestion i would say is add a couple of rugs maybe by the front door and slider door and a rug on the sides of the bed, due to the sand it does stick to the feet no matter how hard you try. 😀 love this place!

Can't beat the Mana Kai ...

Been coming to various units in Mana Kai for years... first time in this one. Can't beat location and sound of the waves! We would like to suggest a new toaster, new weather stripping on front door to help with whistling during afternoon winds, maybe check the seal to toilet in master bathroom to the tile, a few more cooking pans and large bowl for pasta or salad would be great!

Views are spectacular from room and front entrance. Property is nice with a great beach for snorkeling and swimming. Property was being renovated so the restaurant and gym were closed was the only disappointment.

We traveled to Maui for the last 20 years and think that this is the best property with the best views on the best beach on Maui.

Direct oceanfront. You can observe the whales directly from your balcony. There is always shade on the balcony, we let our 2 year old nap there during the day.
Full ocean view from the back bedroom. Only one more unit before 602, so no 'foot traffic' past the back bedroom
