Our prime location places you just 25 minutes from Zion National Park (with a brand-new Visitor Center opening Fall 2025) and 55 minutes from Bryce Canyon National Park. Day trips to the Grand Canyon North Rim, Lake Powell, Cedar Breaks, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, or Grand Staircase-Escalante are all within easy reach. The Home

Zion Court House is brand new and perfectly positioned next to the hillside, offering unmatched views and privacy. Its modern yet artistic design combines calming mid-century and boho influences with natural elements, desert tones, and hillside vibes.



The bright, open living, dining, and kitchen areas are filled with natural light from expansive windows and sliding doors that frame the surrounding mountains. Step onto the large covered deck — accessible from both the living room and master bedroom — and instantly feel the serene indoor-outdoor flow. Whether you’re sipping coffee at sunrise or winding down with a glass of wine at sunset, this space connects you to nature in the most peaceful way.



The kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new appliances, cookware, and accessories for everything from quick breakfasts to full family meals.

Bedrooms & Sleeping Spaces



The home features 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, thoughtfully designed to combine style and comfort:

• Master Suite: King-size bed with high-quality memory foam mattress, sitting bench, and sliding glass door to the deck

• Guest Room: Queen-size bed in a stylish, light-filled setting

• Sky Dome Bedroom: Imported from Poland, this dome features two twin beds, heating, and air conditioning. Sleep under a clear desert sky where the stars put on a show for free!

• Bunk Nook: Two twin bunks tucked off the living room with a fun indoor climbing wall nearby — a unique and playful touch



Each bedroom welcomes plenty of natural light, designed to bring a sense of peaceful energy and restfulness after a day of adventure. The home sleeps 8 guests comfortably in beds.



Work & Stay Connected

For those balancing work and play, Zion Court offers high-speed internet and a workstation, allowing you to be productive before stepping out to explore two of the Top 15 National Parks in the U.S. (Zion #3, Bryce #15).

Undoubtedly the best part of Zion Court is its outdoor area — your own private courtyard retreat. Step outside to immerse yourself in stunning mountain views and desert skies. Highlights include:

• A private hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a hike and stargazing at night

• A BBQ grill for outdoor meals

• A cozy fire pit for storytelling and s’mores under the stars

• Multiple hammocks and two Haven hammock tents (bring your own bedding/sleeping bags) for lounging or adventurous overnight stays

• A hanging chair for lazy afternoons with a view

Please remember you are staying in a home, not a hotel. We do have neighbors, so we ask that you be considerate with outdoor noise. Guests use all facilities at their own risk, and safety is essential: never leave children or fires unattended, and ensure the fire pit is fully extinguished after use.



We don`t allow pets.



There are stairs to access the deck, dome bedroom, hot tub, and hammock tents. The Haven Tents are strung higher and are best suited for adults (up to 200 lbs), which can make them tricky for young children to enter.



Zion Court is more than a vacation rental — it’s an experience. From sleeping under the stars in the Sky Dome to gathering with friends around the fire pit, every corner is designed to create unforgettable memories. The entire home and court yard are yours to enjoy.



We won`t be there to greet you, but detailed instructions for access to our home and other notes will be sent prior to your arrival.



Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. We do have neighbors therefore, we ask that you are considerate with outdoor noise. We also hope you will treat our space with the same respect you would show your own.



You are welcome to use our facilities at your own risk. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries. NEVER leave children unattended.



Please be courteous and respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. We don`t allow parties. We don`t allow external speakers nor loud music.



We don`t allow pets.



NEVER leave a fire unattended. Be sure that it is fully extinguished.



We have stairs to access the deck that leads to our home. There are two stairs to the dome bedroom and two stairs to enter the hot tub. The Haven Tents are strung higher in order to allow an adult (up to 200 lbs) to sleep in them. Therefore it is a bit challenging for young children to get in and out of the hammock tents.
