The Cottage of Historic South Main Arts District i centrala Memphis har utsikt över Civil Rights Museum, Lorraine Motel och ligger inom gångavstånd från Beale Street, FedEx Forum, Blues Foundation Museum, The Orpheum och alla aktiviteter i Memphis i maj. Main Street Trolley kör direkt till Memphis Convention Center.

Del av en bostad med två byggnader på historiska S. Main Street, stugan har genomgått en totalrenovering 2017 med en stil i New Orleans stil. Det är centralt beläget på vagnslinjen och inom gångavstånd till massor av shopping och fantastiska restauranger.

Ägaren bor på fastigheter och hälsar gästerna mestadels under regelbundna incheckningstimmar. Smarta låskoder kommer att ges utanför dessa tider.

Perfect location

Literally steps from the Civil Rights Museum, in the wonderful South Main Arts District, and walking distance to Beale Street. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hosts were accommodating and friendly.

Quiet Place Super location

We have booked the Cottage for several years for the St. Jude's race weekend. It is an easy 10 minute walk to downtown events spaces and restaurants.

Weekend in Memphis

We came to Memphis for a family event. The Cottage was close to the event and close to everything we needed. We did not rent a car and most of what we did was within walking distance. The place is cute, comfy, and in a great location. The address does not match the entrance from the street on the back side of the property. Basically it is across from the Civil Rights museum parking lot. If you are staying in downtown Memphis, This is a great place to stay.

Great little cottage!

Hostess, Rhonda, is adorable! Place is great! Easy to find. Great location down town-right next to the National Civil Rights Museum-but off the main street. Walked and scootered to Beale Ave, waterfront excursions and restaurants. (Be aware of the non-use areas with the scooters.) Graceland is 15 minutes by car. Like that the TV can be seen from the bed or the couch. Big beautiful shower. Full kitchen. Comfortable bed. Electronics charging ports a plus! Laundry machine. Does provide a hair dryer but not shampoo or laundry detergent (not stated in listing.) Walgreens is within walking distance! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely rent again!

What a great spot!!

This apartment had everything we could need. Walking distance to everywhere, including a very nice grocery store. Rhonda was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We made the most of our time in Memphis despite sharing it with Tropical Cyclone Francine. Hoping to return here some day!

Location!

This was a perfect location right in the middleof downtown Memphis just steps from the National Civil Rights Museum, excellent food, and sites. As the description pointed out, it is a cottage, so it worked well for our family with two small children; however, it would be most ideal as a couple’s getaway. The host was great and met us when we arrived as the location is a guest house. Amenities were also very nice. While we didn’t stay long, the cottage would have been comfortable enough without the kids to have stayed for an extended period with access to a kitchen, living area, outdoor space, and laundry on site.

Perfect for Two

Private and quiet with off street parking. Trolley line just up the block. Restaurants and a great whole foods grocery a block away. Easy walk to Beale St.areas.

Extremely nice

A family friend & I stayed at this cottage and found it extremely clean and comfortable. Rhonda is the host and she is very friendly and accommodating. The cottage is located just about 5 blocks from Beale street. Our stay here was fabulous.
