The primary suite features a king bed and private bath, while two additional bedrooms each offer queen beds, making it perfect for families or couples traveling together. The open-concept living area includes a gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, a dining space, and a comfortable living room with a 75â smart TV. Step out to the screened lanai and enjoy peaceful golf course and sunset views.
Guests have access to resort-style amenities, including an 18-hole championship golf course (membership transfer available), resort pool, fitness center, pickleball and tennis courts, bocce ball, walking and biking trails, and on-site dining at the Tiki Bar. The condo also includes a washer and dryer, WiFi and cable, covered parking, and beach chairs and towels to make your stay effortless. Please note: an HOA transfer fee is required to access the gated community and amenities. A golf transfer option is also available for those wishing to play during their stay.
We know pets are part of the family, and furry friends are welcome at this condo with an additional pet fee. A security deposit will also be required to ensure the protection of the property during your stay.
