We fell in love with this spot because it gives you the best of both worlds — tucked away in the towering pines of Hochatown for peace and privacy, yet only minutes from everything Broken Bow has to offer.
The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly, with paved roads for easy access and plenty of space to feel truly connected to nature. Step outside and you’ll hear the wind through the trees and the crackle of a firepit, but within a short drive you can be at Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake, local wineries, breweries, and great restaurants.
What we enjoy most is the balance: mornings on the deck with coffee surrounded by forest views, afternoons exploring the lake or hiking trails, and evenings unwinding in the hot tub or by the fire. It’s a place where you can be as adventurous or as relaxed as you want to be.
