✔ Taxes & Fees – A 12.5% tourist tax, required by Aruba, will be added to your booking total. When comparing with other properties, you’ll notice our pricing is clear and straightforward — what you see is exactly what you pay, with no hidden fees.

✔ Pest Control – Regular treatments are scheduled every two months, so the apartment stays fresh and comfortable.
