Our prime location is simply unbeatable: you're only a quick 7-minute drive from the airport, a 10-minute trip to the historic charm of Old San Juan, and a scenic 30-minute journey to the lush trails of El Yunque National Forest. Whether you're here to unwind by the ocean or explore the island's best sights, this studio is the perfect home base for your Puerto Rican getaway.

The ESJ Towers complex adds to your experience with fantastic amenities like an inviting lobby bar for evening cocktails and a fully-equipped gym to keep up with your routine. Plus, you get the added convenience of assigned parking, so you never have to worry about finding a spot.

There are elevators available.

While the pool is temporarily closed, guests can enjoy direct access to the beach, located just steps away from the property. The building is secure, and you’ll have access to all amenities within the unit, including high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and more.

You will have as a gift a complimentary free drink in the lobby bar once booking with us!

Important: We require a $200 security deposit held during your stay. This deposit is refundable 7 days after your departure and serves as a safeguard against any potential property damage. Once your reservation is confirmed, our team will send you a secure link to add your payment method, please note it won't be shown as a payment, since it is a hold deposit. Our system will automatically place a hold on the deposit amount, which will then be released 7 days after your check-out, provided there are no damages, in the case of any damages, we will capture the corresponding amount and then refund the remaining balance.
