Kom och stanna i denna stora villa med 1 sovrum på 143 Island Club. Det ligger på första våningen med en vacker lagun utsikt i raden av ett sovrum enheter närmast havet. Vi är på strandsidan av lagunen. Det är också en kort bit till de tre terrasserade poolerna. Denna villa är idealisk för singlar, par och små familjer.

Vi har just installerat ett helt nytt kök med nya skåp, bänkskivor, belysning och rostfritt spis, kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin och tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Vi hade också nya persienner installerade hela. Villan innehåller en king size-säng och en queen size-bäddsoffa och kärlekssits. Villan har ett och en halv bad. Det finns ett stort matbord med plats för sex. Den täckta uteplatsen med utsikt över lagunen med en upplyst fontän. Det finns ett förrådsområde framför villan för dina strandtillbehör.

Island Club är en semesterort med ett stort däck över dynerna med utsikt över havet. Det finns en picknickpaviljong, ett utomhus spelområde, grillplats och en lekplats. Den närmaste grillen är mindre än en minuts promenad från lägenheten. Island Club har ett nybyggt poolområde med en stor säsongsuppvärmd pool, en barnpool, en solarium och en bubbelpool. Det finns en offentlig toalett vid poolen. Det finns nio tennisbanor (inklusive sju lerbanor) med utsikt över en vacker lagun med gratis tennis vid bokning. Det finns en full basketplan och ett viktrum. De 23 hektar stora Island Club-grunderna är vackert anlagda.

Villan är professionellt förvaltad med ett fastighetsbolag på plats. Du väljer dina nycklar på Rotunda-byggnaden i orten. Att hyra vår enhet ger dig en nedsatt skattesats direkt från ägaren och säkerheten att ha på plats för hantering för betalning, nyckelhämtning, frågor och underhållsproblem.

The condo is in a great location, only a couple of minute’s walk to either the beach or the pool, and it is very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely choose to stay there again.

Comfortable, clean, cozy stay for our family of 4! We loved our stay here and found everything to be in great shape and well maintained. The bedroom mattress was particularly comfortable- and I tend to be very picky with vacation beds! The modern full size washer and dryer and dishwasher were all so nice to have with our kids. We had a few minor hiccups through the trip (keypad issue and a little water at the patio door from a MJAOR rainstorm) but the owners were very communicative and helpful. The complex itself was lovely and we enjoyed the pools and playground. One minor drawback - and this is no reflection on the owners here - was that the pool closed much earlier than we expected - 8:30pm. That was disappointing - we were looking forward to a few night swims.Overall would definitely book here again and stay at Island Club!

Nice condo with a beautiful view of the lagoon from a private deck. Very comfortable king-size bed. Well-equipped kitchen. Short walk to the beach and pool. Great communication with the owners. We would rent again!

Perfect Stay!

This is a lovely, super clean, well equipped condo, ideal location. The resort is beautiful with security, beach access, games, courts and bikes readily available. Close to shopping, golf and activities. Good communication with hosts. Could not ask for anything more!

Pleasant surprise!

The condo was perfect for my husband and I. Everything was clean and fresh. The property is within a lovely resort that had many places for enjoyment. A short walk to the beach was perfect for our needs this time of year. Hope to return next year to this lovely retreat from winter in Ohio. If I had a negative it would be that cupboards were very high. Step stool would be helpful to get to middle and upper shelves as well as to use the dryer. I’m just too short

Very responsive owners

On our arrival we found that the unit had not been cleaned. We contacted the owners who apologized and immediately sent the cleaning crew to make it right. The crew did an excellent job and the rest of the week was great. The unit is well maintained and attractively decorated. The king bed was very comfortable. Would stay again.

Hilton Head fun

The condo had all the amenities that you would need to enjoy a stay at the beach. Really enjoyed that you could play Pickleball on one of many courts. It was also very convenient that you could rent bicycles at the resort without having to use an outside source. Would come back again in the future. 💙

We loved our stay!

We had a great stay in this unit! The property owners were very responsive to any questions that I had. The electronic key code entry was a HUGE bonus, not having to worry about carrying around an actual key. Also loved the black out curtains in the bedroom, which kept the room dark from the outdoor lights and helped keep the bedroom cool! We had a wonderful stay in this unit!

Fall Getaway

My wife and I have been coming to The Island Club for 30 years. I suppose you could say we love the property and what it provides for us. We have stayed at many different condos in The Island Club during that time depending on the number of people in our party. When we had family with we needed larger condos to accommodate all of us but now it is usually just my wife and me. For the two of us this unit was perfect. It was clean, everything in the condo worked as it should and the owners were promptly responsive to our questions. For two people this unit is a 10 out of 10.

Convenient to all we wanted to do

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Island Club is a beachfront resort. This condo is not beachfront but it was very easy to get to the beach. We hit the beach every evening and took a beach cart with us to haul our stuff. There was an easy path all the way to the beach. The condo itself was nice. It has all we needed. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed drinking coffee on the porch each morning. We look forward to a return visit.

5 night stay

We enjoyed our stay here. Wasn’t a far walk to the beach or pool. A map with where things are in the complex would have been nice but we did figure out. Everything in the condo was very nice. Comfortable bed. Great shower pressure. Very clean. I’m sensitive to smells and didn’t care for the smell when we got there (I’m assuming from the cleaning products) but we bought an air freshener and that helped a lot. Great communication with the owners also when I had questions. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

Great stay!

We’ve come to Hilton Head every year since 2014. This is our second year in a row staying in this particular room. It was very clean and we only had one issue in which I had to message the property owner. They responded extremely fast! This room has all the utensils, pots and pans you need for cooking. The only thing missing (or maybe we overlooked it) was pot holders. We highly recommend this room for your stay!

We are from Tallmadge, Ohio. We have been married for 30 years and have three adult children. We chose Hilton Head Island because we love its many outdoor activities. Some of our favorite activities besides hanging out at the beach are biking and running the beach and the trails. We have been to Hilton Head many times and have never run out of fun things to do and interesting places to explore on the island and in the surrounding areas. We love the fact that when not at the beach you can enjoy great shopping and restaurants, the next day you can visit historic sites, the next day you can be on nature trails. There is always something fun to do!

We chose to purchase a condo at the Island Club because when vacationing here with our family we were very impressed with the beautiful well-kept grounds, family-friendly atmosphere, its beachfront location and how economical the stay was. It's easy to feel at home in such a pretty environment.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

One of the main reasons we chose this particular villa was its close proximity to the beach. With the condo being in the closest row of one-bedroom villas to the beach, it is a short and pleasant walk out to our beautiful expansive beach and to all of the amenities in the resort.
Inside our condo we have put a lot of effort into creating an atmosphere that is inviting and relaxing. We are continuously making small and large updates to the villa so that our guests have a comfortable, carefree base from which to vacation as they choose. For guests wanting to stay in and cook a meal, we try to be sure the kitchen is well equipped. There is also a gas grill less than a minute's walk from the condo for guests to use.
There are two televisions in the condo and ample hard and paperback books for guests' use. There is a gated outdoor storage area for bikes and sandy beach supplies right outside the unit that our guests can provide their own lock on. The patio is a very relaxing spot for breakfast or just chilling and reading.
