Your coastal escape awaits! This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is just 10 minutes from the sand, surf, shopping, and dining. Sip your coffee or unwind on the private second-floor balcony overlooking a peaceful pond. Full kitchen, comfy living space, and all the essentials for your beach getaway. Note: No pool access per HOA rules, but the ocean is callingâand itâs just minutes away!
Just have access to all of the condo except for the ownerâs closet

âą No smoking inside the condo
âą Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM

âą We reserve the right to end any rental if rules are not followed or the condo is not properly maintained
