Our stay was great. We were very comfortable and felt safe here. Parking was not the easiest, but welcome to the city, right.

The location and security was excellent, but the unit was really dirty. You have a gold mine, but you must paint and recarpet the entire unit. My feet were filthy walking barefoot in the unit. Put some pictures on the walls to make it homier. The furniture is very uncomfortable, even the beds.

We wish we’d known, as we would have gladly inspected the unit and addressed your concerns while you were here, Carin.

Easy check in at a clean and spacious condo very close to the Rocket arena. We were able to safely and walk to the arena daily. Highly recommend - we had a family of 5 stay and were happy to have 2 showers and a full size kitchen.

The host was super responsive and this was an overall decent stay. However, the suite was incredibly under stocked. There was no hairdryer, dish soap, or hangers provided. There was no bath mat and one of the showers allowed water to leak under the door and on the floor. There was very little in the kitchen - no bigger pots or pans and no bowls bigger than a one person bowl. The hand soap in both bathrooms appeared to have been watered down. I would be prepared to buy a lot of your own supplies if you do plan to stay here.

Thank you for your feedback, Cassandra. We’re glad you found us responsive and had an overall decent stay. We’re sorry to learn of these concerns only after your four-night visit, as we would have gladly inspected the shower and provided any missing essentials had we known. We have since reviewed the unit’s supplies with our team and addressed the concerns raised.
