We came for a golf outing, property was great, would have been nice if on-site restaurants was open longer hours or if they had some grab and go options.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location! This home has everything you need for a relaxing vacation in Sedona. Feels secluded and private and yet is a close drive in to town. House is very well appointed. Comfortable beds. My only suggestion is that if you like to sleep in past 6 am is bring an eye mask as the shades aren't darkening. Very easy communication with the host. Would definitely stay again!

I’ve rented one of these units before. This unit had the best view. The owners and property manager were kind enough to let me adjust my stay dates due to a family member medical issue. A couple of things worth noting…the microwave was broken with a paper taped to the microwave describing a work around to get it to work that didn’t work. The sofa in living room was propped up in the middle with wood blocks underneath because it’d breaking down. This made it very uncomfortable. Only one bath towel was provided per guest for our six day stay. I had to request my towels before property manager brought more over. I would recommend you check to confirm the microwave has been replaced, ask about sofa and if it’s been replaced and ask for enough towels for your stay. Lastly, the entry rug (though vacuumed) was filthy and needs to be replaced. Living room rug also looks wore out. This unit is relatively cheap this time of year. However, in peak times at 1000 a night, I would pass on this one given items I’ve mentioned above.
