Just steps away from some of the areaâs top restaurants â including The Reservoir, Prohibition Pig, Blackback Pub, and Hen of the Wood â youâll be in the heart of it all, while still enjoying the peaceful vibe of your own private retreat.
The space
This is a rustic farmhouse style home with 3 bedrooms, a living area, dining room and full bath. Located right on Main Street, this is walking distance to the heart of Waterbury.
Guest access
Coded door with a unique code provided the day of check-in.
Other things to note
We are dog friendly. Pet fee: $100
PLEASE NOTE: This is an old home built in 1899 and newly restored while preserving it's charm. It is equipped with a gas stove and propane heat. Access to bedrooms include steep stairs. The driveway is shared with the neighbors. Please only park in designated spots.
Extra guests: $25 per person.
Penalty for parties: $1,000
